The CEO had assisted me with setting up my game server. His customer service went beyond any human's expectations. He sat in a discord call with me for hours while we had unexpected issues with deployment. He was able to fix everything and made it very easy for me.

PSG is the fastest, easiest to use, and best hosting company I’ve ever used. Want a Minecraft server? It’s up and running in under 30 seconds. Want a Squad server? Give it two minutes and it’s already online. And if you ever run into any issues, their support team responds to tickets incredibly quickly—I’ve never seen anything like it!

The company has been excellent in terms of ticket support and the ease of access to the dashboard. Compared to other server providers, they provide a indepth simple dashboard with all the features you could need for hosting a minecraft server, as well as a very detailed modpack installation page which makes installing modpacks for servers as simple as a click. They also provide all the features needed for server hosting such as configs and databases but they provide information for new server owners on the features and what they do. The pricing for the servers may be a bit pricer compared to dedicated server providers for minecraft, the ease of access and simple dashboard and support definitely is worth the few extra dollars. The final point that really makes my experience with this company even better is the upgrades for servers, in the past with other server hosters is that the upgrades for a dedicated ip or especially RAM seemed a bit pricer than compared to the basic standard plan as well as the difficulty of having to create a ticket to upgrade my ram and having to wait a few hours or days to just upgrade my servers ram was unacceptable. Bisecthosting made upgrading my servers ram and ip address difficult while to wait for them to respond and ask for how much i wanted. PSG Hosting makes upgrading RAM simple and without issues and provides the detail of the pricing and if you have credits with them when you decrease the ram or increase it.PSG Hosting takes your tickets personally and resolves the issues you have, as opposed to other companies in the minecraft servering industry where they would have an Ai Assistant who would have always refer you to create a ticket without creating it for you or providing you any fixes for the issues you would have on your server, PSG hosting takes them and resolves them for you without issues and is very helpful for new server owners. I would highly recommend PSG Hosting for creating a Minecraft server, especially if you want to run mod heavy packs with the simple modpack downloader.

Amazing support and very good connection and excellent protection

They are doing something and doing it really well. They are experts at it. I have never had any issues communicating with them, their support was always helpful and they came with custom solution for me.

Very bad experience with the administration

We were the company’s supplier for dedicated servers. Everything was running smoothly, with only some issues related to anti-DDoS protection due to the upstream provider, who repeatedly resolved the problems we reported.

One day, they reported temperature problems, which were actually not accurate, as the temperatures provided were simply the maximum thresholds before throttling would occur, and not the real current temperatures.

The staff member JetDave was always friendly and helpful, working with us to solve any issue. By contrast, Fox from PSG Hosting was completely uncooperative and never spoke politely or even greeted us properly, only making demands in an arrogant manner.

Every time we asked for more information, he wouldn’t respond. For example:

We can’t fault the services themselves, but the administration was extremely rude—excluding JetDave, who was always professional.

Server so good, never problem. Smooth as baby forehead. Customer service quick and easy.

Fox was very helpful through the entire process of geting my squad server up. I'm looking to actually acquire another 1-2 additional servers soon. Highly recommend him and PSG.

Always fast responses, always super helpful, always open and honest, and always pushing to offer the best service possible. Everything you want from a server host!

Great experience

Fox and the PSG team have been amazing, have used them to run my squad tournament with zero difficulties.

I have been using PSG to host a dedicated box for well over a year now and the quality and service is that of a time gone by. They can get you exactly what you "NEED" and wont upsell you and have been extremely flexible when it comes to changing specs around, always without a hitch. Fox, Dave, Zero and team do a fantastic job

Renting and setting up the server was easy enough and knowing what is happening in the server via console in the control panel is very nice. I loved the immediate support and info that I received in the PSG-Hosting Discord by the Support Mod Fox(Fox).

Great interface on the dashboard, server runs great. On the rare occasion there is an issue, staff is right there to help. I'd give bonus stars if I could!

The customer support is 100% everything you would want from a server provider. From the owner to the people that are under the owner, provide excellent IT support and authentic understanding of the game you are playing if you are unsure about what you doing! (anything with squad ask for Paul or Zer0.) Great guys, will help you until no end.

I recommend purchasing and relying on PSG. They are more experienced than others, and their support is good and responsive if any issues arise.

Great provider, they helped setup the server and fix any problems that arose, pretty quick response times and server has had stable ping and no crashes.
