How i got cheated

I purchased The Last of Us Remastered from PSN Unsiverse with the understanding that I would have access for one month. After 24 hours, I received a WhatsApp message confirming that their account had been added to my PS4. However, within another 24 hours, the account was locked out and I lost access completely.
This is unacceptable. I paid for a one‑month rental but only received one day of use. The process was unprofessional, and the communication lacked transparency. Customers deserve reliability and honesty, but my experience was misleading and frustrating.
I request either a full refund or proper restoration of the promised one‑month access. I strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with PSN Unsiverse.

Absolutely great experience

Absolutely great experience. I rented re4 and the process was so smooth and helpful definitely a great website to buy or rent games you’re dying to play. Plus the prices are way low than the original one.

Its been 4 days since I purchased three…

Its been 4 days since I purchased three games. And yet I haven't received them. They don't pick up the calls and there is no proper response on WhatsApp as well. Really pathetic experience. I wanted to purchase more games but this service was totally not expected.

Rented resident evil 4 for ps4…

Rented resident evil 4 for ps4 yesterday, haven't got any receipt or the game. There is no customer support number. No one to look forward. Wouldn't suggest the platform.

Bought a permanent game and now its locked

I bought fc 26 like 6 months ago tht too permanent and now it's locked for some reason also when I got the game I asked them if the game gets locked in the future wht should I do they said just message us and we'll solve your problem and now even after messaging them again and again they don't even bother to reply they don't even have an email where I can complain about it don't recommend buying from them
