Great new saddle pad, it was a showstopper at the barn I ride at. I received it fairly quickly also. It fit my horse well and I like that it doesn't show dirt as easily as other pads I have.

I haven’t received my order yet. It’s been sitting in French customs for 11 days.

I purchased the Blue Mist dressage pad. There is absolutely nothing blue about it. The pictures on the website show a beautiful blue saddle pad. Mine was grey, a dull grey. Not blue. Returns aren’t possible; the company charges too much to return and customer service was no help.

Package never arrived. Sent an enquiry and got no reponce

My experience with PS and especially the customer support is extraordinary. I have received by mistake the wrong size of my bridle headpiece, but unfortunately recognized this mistake too late. That’s also my fault. However, PS of Sweden has sent me a new one in the correct size right away. The whole communication was super fast and very friendly. Thank you so much! I am also super happy with the quality and the fitting. My horse only likes the bridles of PS of Sweden. Thank you

I never received a shipping confirmation, and I haven’t received the product yet

I didn’t appreciate that I didn’t get free shipping to the US even do I exceeded the minimum for free shipping. When I reached out and questioned it, I was told I shouldn’t have used UPS. It was definitely not clear as to what to choose for free shipping.

Still great expierience with customer service and good quality products, but quite pricey.
And one more thing - prices are jumping on before the sale :(

My card has been charged twice, two different amounts, so now I’m keeping an eye to make sure this corrects itself, my saddle pads are delayed and there’s been no response on a refund for shipping given said delay, and now I’m being asked to provide a review when I still don’t have my product. I can continue to shop at any of your competitors with less stress than this one order is starting to induce.

They refunded me the shipping that was supposed to be free and had gotten messed up somehow. Great products as always :)

I cannot speak highly enough of the saddle pads I ordered. The highest quality, gorgeous deep color, e as sy to clean, and being solidly attached! Delivery was reasonably quick, with email updates available. The product was always well packaged and in excellent condition (3 separate orders)

Initially received tracking and a ‘delivery day’. Waited, only to find out that it hadn’t even left the facility after a week. You get a response saying how ‘truly sorry’ they are, but no actual answers. Another order has now been created but they will not answer the question when I can expect the item and ignore my request for a refund so I can go elsewhere. You only get one email a day, so when questions are ignored, you have to wait another 24 hours to ask again. So frustrating and a massive waste of time. And it’s not a small amount of money that they’ve got. Wishing I’d read reviews before ordering. Expected better from ‘high-end brand’.

Ps of Sweden always ships a superior product. It comes in a timely manner and is always what i expect

Fast shipping, no issues with tariffs, and fantastic quality. I've been buying from PS of Sweden since 2020 and always been happy with the quality all around.

The shirt was smaller than expected. I own 20 ps of Sweden shirts and this was tiny. The quality was not as good as you use to be. Thinner , shorter, I could buy the same at target. And after shipping and returns - I wasted $40 on a shirt that you made that wasn’t the high quality ps of Sweden that you use to be. I’m done buying from you. Your a waste of money

I didn’t get an email straight away, which made me think I’d been scammed coz had no order number, but eventually got one so all good in the end

The package came in a transparent bag - it was very boring when it was a gift for someone in the house. It was delivered to the door so I had no way to hide it when the child was home before me.

Otherwise I would have given full marks - fast delivery and good products.
