I topped up three payments of $100 via TRON USDT but they say I have to wait for them to confirm. Every time I ask for the timeframe they say they don't know when I can hear back! Your funds may get blocked for weeks, I don't trust them anymore.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience using PST.net. At first, the platform appeared to work smoothly, but the moment I encountered an issue, everything fell apart. I made a payment of $850 via Bitcoin five months ago, and the funds never appeared in my account. Despite providing all the necessary proof of payment, their support team has been unhelpful and evasive.
Initially, I was told the delay was normal and that I should wait 1–2 days. After waiting and receiving no updates, I contacted them again and was instructed to open a support ticket. From there, it became an endless cycle of delays. They claimed the issue would be resolved within 3–5 business days, but weeks passed with no response. When I followed up, I was suddenly asked to redo the KYC process, even though I had already completed it earlier.
Despite complying with all their requests and waiting patiently, they continue to stall. Every time I contact support, I am given the same vague response that “finance is working on it.” Five months later, my account remains active, yet they refuse to return my funds.
This experience has been a nightmare. PST.net has shown zero accountability, and their support process is nothing but a façade. I strongly urge anyone considering their services to think twice and avoid wasting their money. I am attaching proof of payment and my correspondence with their support team to highlight their unprofessionalism.
Save yourself the trouble and stay away from PST.net.

the worst prepaid service
I made a deposit on usdt tried to purchase a card the cards is not working anywhere and when contact the support the say you can't use the card to purchase crypto lol how I am going to buy crypto if I made a crypto deposit, next issue I tried to withdraw my usdt and they hold it saying the withdraw take up to 14 days
(usdt takes up to 14 days )
the weird in the story I didn't try the card to buy crypto I am not buying gold by gold and I never see any usdt network takes up to 14 days and the worst the support are unable to speed up this process which means they don't have any control and if you lost your funds they can't do nothing
on my opinion (they don't seem to be legit )

still there are some problems with the cards, like the card may change for a facebook ads card, witch may create problems with META, but even in this case i ws offered to replace it with no cost pretty fast and could avoid the suspension, witch can be a nightmare with facebook ads

However, over the years our service had several clients, who’s used threshold account business model, and attempted to spend almost $1 million from our cards while topping them up with low deposits.
Like this, in order to prevent these users creating new accounts and misusing our service, we were obligated to add such restrictions to some of the IP addresses.
