I’ve been a professional Psychic reader for over 20 years and have been working on the Psychic Sofa platform for over a decade. Wonderful supportive admin staff, busy beautifully run platform, and wonderful clients that are an honour to read for. If you are a genuinely gifted empathetic born psychic Psychic Sofa is a wonderful platform to apply your skills and services.

I have been a reader on the sofa for just over a year, and i love the flexibility of working when I want with no pressure. The platform is excellent and you can keep easy track of your earnings day by day. I have many repeat callers and the support from the line is very prompt and good. Pay is reasonable 18£ per hour with incentives for unsocial hours.

What people need to know is this. The owner, pays barely above minimum wage even if you manage to get a whole 60 minutes of uninterrupted call time. Only if you work more than ten hours will you get the extra amount. You will be docked £2 to be paid. Nobody is hassled to log on unless they agree to it when they sign up. A better wage is important as they do not take into consideration the things a genuine psychic needs to have such as crystals, cards, incense and a good standard of healthy food to eat and a warm home to work from. A self employed wage should reflect above minimum wage. The owner of this company banked 4million last tax year, so stop being so miserly or it will not do you any favours in the long run.

Bad company to work for.
They will do anything possible to pay their readers less money, whilst expecting them to deal with all kinds of insane nonsense from customers with (little to) no support. Some are fine, many others are rude, abrasive, go into disgusting details that are unnecessary, trauma dump, swear and shout and threaten, describe hostile fantasies and harass readers.
If you report this, you will be told just to tell them you cannot connect with them and hang up. They will then penalise you for doing this.
You will be harassed by texts demanding your time. You will be contacted if they feel you are not keeping people on the phone for long enough. You will not be paid for the first minute of any call, any call under 5 minutes, less if it's under 14 minutes, and less if you don't log enough hours. A maximum of 25p a minute just isn't worth it.
They have paid their readers to leave positive reviews.
Highly stressful, little to no reward.

Psychic Sofa is a very good company to work for.
Having worked for them for a few years and at present I have not worked for nine months due to one thing and another ( I will be back).
There’s no hassle from the company and the customer service team are great.
I note, another reviewer on this site, saying that as a reader if you don’t have a long duration with the customer then you hardly receive any calls.
This is simply not true. For a start it depends upon how good a reader you are?
Having worked for many of the online psychic companies over thirty years I would say, that PS is up there with the best not only that, the company employs some of the most honest and best readers around.

Annoying company still send me text messages every single day.

Awful bullying company. taking money from there readers without warning for reasons that are not in the handbook. but Robert Lee says he can do that. they can and do also offer and give financial rewards to people to leave good reviews on here. Avoid them

This company is deducting ilegally money of the revenue of the readers, without informing the reader about their intentions to do so. And refusing to pay outstanding amounts of money from previous weeks/ month. These hidden deductions,do not appear on the portal with all the other earnings, so the reader can not see what and how many deductions have been taken from their revenue.The reader is not aware of these hidden deductions being made. Theft, that is called in my opinion.

My lass is crying her eyes out. No calls coming in. 62 readers on and over half doing nowt. I'm looking for work, was made redundant in October and she the bread winner. 62 readers being charged £2 each. Shameful

The site is very accessible and all procedures are clear. It makes me feel good to work as a reader for psychic sofa as I am helping people to achieve more clarity.

Have been a Reader on Psychic Sofa for some years, so that speaks volumes.
What would be great is if PS could include an option for a caller to leave their reader a Tip or Donation if they are pleased with their reading. Many a time callers are wanting to Gift their reader but have no way to do so. We readers could all do with being bought a coffee, snack and cake, right? This option has been offered elsewhere. As many readers will know, we deal with the sweetness and light but also the stressed, sometimes difficult or unnerved clients. A little Gift goes a long way, as they say 'every little helps.'

I was sacked for not keeping over 16 minutes. Terrible firm that take £2 off you every week. I read on social media they are paying readers £10 to leave reviews on here. Go on the readers social media page. The woman who left the 1 star review has it spot on. Just remember they will sack you for not keeping people on the phone which tells volumes.

I have been a reader with psychic sofa for a long while now, I love it. The people in the office are helpful, always polite and have a lot advise if you need it. The people that ring in I have found to be lovely people and I look forward to working every day.

I have "worked" at Psychic Sofa since March of 2022 and I am loving every minute of it. I placed worked within quote marks because I don't view doing something I love as work, however PS is a company and that segues into the fact that payments made direct to my bank account are on time and calculated implicitly.
I would very much recommend Psychic Sofa as a platform of choice to show any gifts and skills you may have. 10/5 stars :)
