Excellent service and ongoing support all round!

At appointments I’ve been met with compassion, care, and the clinician I’ve had recently - she has taken the time to really understand my symptoms as opposed to me feeling like I’m just being pushed medication without care, and feeling less like just a number. This is important especially being early post partum with my second child.

Any actions required the admin team are very efficient, helpful, and responsive.

As a paid private service despite it being an expensive process (but essential at this point for me) it’s top quality and getting value for the money spent.

I think the foundation of a business, and healthcare specifically, isn't getting everything right from the outset but dealing with things correctly when they go wrong. I was in a position where I felt stuck and a bit like I was a fly bouncing off a window a year into my journey with Psymplicity, but when I raised issues, they were sorted. I am happy under the care of Dr Duffett, and the anxiety I approached them for help with is under control for probably the first time in my life. Although it's been a bumpy ride, it's still quicker than the NHS and I have the security of knowing I can get a quick appointment if I need one. Psymplicity now manage OCD for me and have genuinely provided a positive outcome.

They are highly responsive, very helpful and you get an appointment very quickly. The psychiatrist I've been assigned is professional and effective.

On occasions when I have had an urgent or last-minute need or request, they have gone out of their way to accommodate me wherever possible. Their flexibility and willingness to help are greatly appreciated and demonstrate a genuine commitment to patient care.

What stands out most is the consistency of the service. Over six years, I have continued to receive the same high level of care, consideration, and professionalism from both the clinical and administrative teams. It is reassuring to know that I can contact the clinic and receive a prompt, courteous, and helpful response.

I was diagnosed with ADHD and Psymplicity have been incredible I don't know how id have managed without them.
I have also booked an appointment to discover if im struggling with PTSD aswell.
Excellent receptionists and the two psychiatrists that I have spoken with had exceptional empathy and understood my struggles completely.
The service seems pricey at first but I urge you to believe it is an investment into your mental health which is priceless.
