We are an existing patient. Easy to request and pay for repeat prescriptions. As.long as you can input the info they need, as easy as pie.

The care provided was efficient and effective. The manner it was delivered in was kind and helpful. Bespoke care was given with much thought and compassion.

About 6-12 months ago they were a disaster and very frustrating with their communication. THey appear to have settled and sorted their sh*t out and are back on track to being a reliable service provider. Don't get me wrong I have never had reason to question their clinical care. I see Dr Dein and she is fab!

Katrina, highly impressed me with how she handled my appointment. She immediately knew who I was even though I hadn't spoken to them in a while and efficiently dealt with the booking. Very customer focused, friendly and efficient. We need more Katrina's please!

We had a meeting with Dr Khan scheduled for 8:30pm. We waited 40 minutes for him to join the zoom meeting and he never showed. I am disgusted that nobody had the decency to call us to let us know the meeting wasn’t going to happen. I spoke to the manager this morning who informed me of a Zoom outage which is why the appointment didn’t happen. I understand these things happen sometimes but could the doctor himself not call us to let us know. £600 for one appointment that my sister was extremely anxious about and spent all day worrying about it. I will not be using this company going forward.

Psymplicity has its strengths, like efficient assessments and supportive admin staff. However, communication issues with the psychiatrist caused frustration during a critical time, leaving me without medication. While some experiences were positive, the lack of timely responses and attention to patient needs is disappointing. Mixed feelings overall—great potential but room for improvement.

Doctor Jeremy Beider is fantastic.
If you have a query they go out of their way to help you.
Everyone is very friendly and eager to give a good service.
Expectations are always set and you feel very looked after.
I highly recommend this health care provider.
There were a few issues with the company last year and I must say through very testing and difficult times for the staff, they still made sure to prioritise and did all they could to reassure and help.
The turn around since then had been exceptional. I'm glad I stayed with them throughout it all.

Care more than the NHS do. Never had a problem getting an appointment or prescription. Finally got a diagnosis and put on the correct medication at last.

I have always received such great care from my DR and the wide range of appointment times really help me with my busy schedule

Meeting Dr. Duffett for a consultation confirmed that we were in excellent hands. He was exactly what I had hoped for, both as a patient and as a Senior Nurse myself. Dr. Duffett was professional and thorough, yet also very approachable, with a natural empathy and warmth that made it easy to open up about my concerns. He took the time to listen carefully and asked insightful questions to fully understand my situation. He then clearly explained my diagnosis, and together we discussed a tailored treatment plan. I was particularly impressed by how proactive and attentive he was. For instance, he arranged for my prescription to be ready at my local pharmacy by the very next morning, and he followed up with a comprehensive report to my GP. In that report, he outlined the treatment steps and potential side effects he had already talked through with us, ensuring my GP had all the information needed to continue my care seamlessly. Dr. Duffett also made sure to answer all of our questions and was transparent about each next step, which made me feel involved and confident in my care.

Under Dr. Duffett’s care, I soon felt a positive shift in my well-being. His treatment plan, including the medication he prescribed, lifted a dark cloud that had been hanging over me for months. I felt the difference quickly — it was like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders — and importantly, the medication was very tolerable with minimal side effects.

Throughout this journey, I always felt supported by the entire team at Psymplicity. Sue and Penny remained kind and helpful at every stage, checking in and assisting with any administrative matters so that I never had to worry about those details. With such a compassionate and professional team behind me, I could focus entirely on my recovery. I am truly grateful for the care I received and would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Duffett and the Psymplicity team to anyone seeking mental health support.

I've had such a positive experience with my doctor and his team, and I wanted to share it. When I've needed adjustments to my prescription schedule, whether monthly or bi-monthly, he's always been incredibly sympathetic and trusting. He treats me with respect and dignity, acknowledging me as a human being navigating mental health challenges, rather than just a patient file. This stands in stark contrast to some online psychiatric services I've encountered, where I've felt hesitant and judged.

Beyond my doctor's care, I honestly don't know what I would do without the administrative team. They are absolutely incredible! Their efficiency and dedication are truly remarkable. The teamwork they display is evident in how seamlessly they handle every request, even last-minute ones.

They've been a tremendous support, helping me with every task, no matter how big or small. They are a vital part of my positive experience at this practice, and I'm so grateful for their hard work and compassion.

I'm the guardian of a 14-year-old girl who came to the UK to study 3 years ago, and I have attended the appointment with her and her mum with Dr Resham Abbasi. We had a very thorough session and Dr Abbasi is highly professional and attentive and was able to understand the issues she was facing as an international student from a different cultural background, which is very important for the family. She was able to give an accurate assessment of the child's situation and her recommendations were helpful and valued by the family. Overall, the family was grateful for the patience and kind support from Dr Abbasi and would highly recommend her for international families.
