AVOID AVOID AVOID - sham of a company - received no refund no apology lied on their FAQS

AVOID AVOID AVOID - I ordered two heated jackets for delivery in UK and Spain (I checked their FAQ and they ship all over the work but not North Korea etc) paid my money and didn't hear anything for weeks. I chased them up for days to be told via email they can't ship to UK because of COVID (total BS as I ship items to USA from UK all the time without issue) they then said they don't ship to Spain as its a country they don't ship to (even though they say they do in their FAQs) they are complete timewasters - still not had my refund AVOID AVOID
