Ptcl is checking my patience .my wifi is not working for like 8 hours first I tried to contact the complaint number but no answers then after trying 3 times they picked up the phone and I told them the issue they told me to w8 14 hours u guys believe that its a lot of time
But I gave them their time but still not working im fed up with them they are scammers my work is from home I do like Amazon stuff my work is pending because of ptcl. They started flash fiber I thought its gona be good but I give them a thumbs down👎

PTCL are scammers
1. The internet is ****
2. I canceled ptcl because i had a new internet and it took a while to cancel after it was completed.
It kept cutting money from me?????
and it still is.

I hope people would understand not to buy anything from PTCL THE WORST INTERNET IN THE WORLD.

I had always heard that PTCL doesn't provide a good service but I totally disagree with it. I've had PTCL for more than a year now and it's simply amazing.
Jo kehtay haan ptcl acha nahe chal raha wo 2mb walay net key jaga ptcl fiber lagwa leen na. Ab 2mb meen 20mb ka mazah to nahe milnay wala na.

The most **** internet on planet earth. It's not just about the internet speed or reliability although PTCL **** in both of these factors. The customer support also **** and takes weeks to fix. And their representative on-call or physical both ****, if you say on-site representatives they act like prime minister of Pakistan.

I recently shifted to another service provider lately, and when I say PTCL to disconnect my current connection on their **** helpline, first they do not know how to do that, and there is a temporary and permanent option. And they said the router is property of PTCL and they took money when installation for extra wire. Routers are very old technology, I myself a software dev, I think they buy routers for 20 RS per router or something lesser than that.

Anyhow, I do not want to curse them more as they suck as hell. How are we supposed to do our jobs when you sucker does not do your job rightfully.

First In this post, I used very harshly/cursed words but removed them just to be professional because PTCL is not.

never use their services for office use, such as trading or freelancing work. PTCL service is worst among all internet service provider in Pakistan.

I hate ptcl network all the the my speed is 2 mb and its a 8 mb network when i am playing a game in disconnect all the time what is this i hate ptcl 🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕

Its to much bad network. It is not perfect for office work, gaming or any other work. I mean to say it is totally bad network. Please do not use this network.

The worst service provider with worst customer support.
There exchange team don't do anything. We were having issues of speed fluctuation and were complaining from more than a month, it was a modem issue but the issue is still unresolved.
And now only our connection is down, most probably by exchange team as we have been complaining again and again.
Also, exchange team closes or cancels our complain after 48 hours without our consent and without resolution of complain. And this is happening with us from more than a month ago and also 5 days ago for no internet access issue (most probably closed by exchange)
There live chat, 1218 helpline and care(at)ptcl.com.pk are aslo of no use. They can only register our complain, put reminders and tell us the remarks and status of complains which can be done through there website.
They can't keep follow ups on complains and can't ask that it's been more than 5 days why complain is still unresolved.
They just reply with pre-defined messages.

I must say there support team is of no use.

Worst thing ever signals hardly ever come and its so expensive dont buy package from these ptcl scammers.

I am being honest but ptcl is the worst , even its customer support is really bad , i live in a place where ptcl provides us special internet connection so i am not too disappointed but i have used ptcl in civil and its really bad ... if there was an option for -5 stars i would rate it
i know i am being disrespectful but i want you to please improve your service ...or atleast provide good customer support...they dont treat us well...

I have been using ptcl services since last 4 years in Peshawar and recently shifted my house along with ptcl services as well. However, now I consider it a mistake of life after experiencing their pathetic online complaints resolving attitude. I was using PTCL landline, internet and smart tv and upon shifting of services same smart tv set box has been installed at my new address for which I have already paid the requisite amount. After shifting, the 1st monthly bill I received was way too high as per my package. Upon checking the details, ptcl charged me full amount of smart tv box which I already have with me since last 2 years. I have logged multiple online complaints and spent hours on calling 1218 through my cell phone yet they didn't resolved my issue. Surprisingly, when ever I checked the complaint status after due course of time it shows "RESOLVED". Instead of correcting my bill they suspended my services and forced me to pay a partial amount to resume services. The worst part is even after paying my actual bill, they sent me the same old bill once again reflecting same old amount and with "overdue" status. Its really sad to suffer this kind of attitude from our flagship telecom service provider company and their attitude towards customers.

Worst ISP , very slow speed and frequent disconnection , it doesn't even deserve one star

These guys are idiot and a sh@t. I downloaded call of duty warzone and it isn't even able to connect to the server. Hazara Fiber optics 2 mbps speed was better than this craps 8mbps

I'm having their service of internet and it's average as. Compared to others in market like neyatel.com
They have to maintain there internet quality
