I want to rate them 0 star but unfortunately there wasnt an option , i live in chichawatni and first of all there network works somehow okay in the day but on night even though 1 pay them 3460rs and my package is for 15 mbps , it only gives 3 to4 mb on every night in dastageer park . I was in Multan and forgot to pay the bill , the due date was 21 nov , and when i tried to pay the bill on 22nd online it wasnt accepting payment , anyhow on 24 nov they stopped sending internet to my house , when i came from Multan today on 26 nov, and the first thing i did was to went their office to pay bill but when i got there they told me the one who accepts bill has gone to khana khany somewhere so i have to wait for 20 min but he still didnt come, same happened in oct but the one who accepts bill has gone somewhere else , the workers in Ptcl are neglecting their duties , my number is 0405480099 , avoid this at all cost
PTCL Needs to Fix Its Support, Not just Its Speed
The internet speed from PTCL is generally good when it’s working, but their customer service is extremely disappointing. Whenever there’s a network outage, it often takes weeks to get resolved. The lineman and area technicians rarely answer calls, and when they do, they usually give lame excuses instead of fixing the problem. When we connect on helpline (1218) then every time they say “your issue has been marked as high priority”, but nothing actually happens. PTCL really needs to improve its response time and accountability.

Poor Service and No Issue Resolution
I am very disappointed with PTCL. Whenever a problem occurs, it takes more than 10 days and still remains resolved even after making multiple complaints to 1218. The customer service keeps making promises but no real action is taken. It's really frustrating to face the same issue again and again without any proper support.

PTCL lena matlab apna dimaag aur paisa dono barbaad karna hai.
Main PTCL ka customer tha, lekin ye log sirf “48 ghantay” ka jhoot dete hain.
Jab bhi complaint karo, bas ek hi line suno:

Worst company ever, since 20th September my net went off , I have been complaining for the last 2 weeks and still my issue has not been resolved, they only give complain numbers and when I call they give same standard reply that it will be resolved ASAP or within 24 hours when I want to talk to the supervisor they will put me on hold
for 30 mins and repeat the same dialogues but my issue remains unresolved and I still have to call for follow ups.

I'm extremely frustrated with PTCL's service and customer support. Since August, 2024.
The carless and poor dealing with the customer when i decided to disconnect my connection, they have thrown all responsibility on customer to call and deposit equipment to office. But i required the connection they just came on a whatsapp call. Moreover, when i call on no 080000789, 1218, they said to pay in advanced an amount of 4010/- in their office i paid in cash there and returned the equipment. Now their last bill for month of September an amount of Rs 1030/- were over charged showing bill as (-1030). I ask them to refund my over paid bill amount, but they refused as there is no policy or so.
This is Pakistan tele comm ltd, no where in the world a service provider institution not having refund policy to customers. Ptcl net service provider they are just aiming to have a customer and treat them without care.o
Lastly, look at cruel dealing that for one year they changed every month as instalments for router and tv device etc but they take all the equipment without adjusting the amount which they have taken in one rear means on installing they take charges but on disconnection they take back devices free from the customer. This is looting.

I've been calling 1218 daily to follow up on my complaint from 17 days ago, wasting Rs. 100 each time on balance, but the issue remains unresolved after 18 days.
Why should I pay for a service I haven't used? I request an immediate bill adjustment for the unused period, concessions for the downtime, and a discount for the ongoing inconvenience. Additionally, please process the permanent closure of my service as I'm switching to a local provider.

Pathetic internet coverage. Do not receive any signals in a 4G coverage Area. I had no issues with zong. Even jazz is much better. They will not even return their pverpriced wifi device nor unlock it so i can use any other sim on it. Avoid ufone it is a waste of time and money.

On my mobile number and CNIC/bank details an illegal PTCL connection has been registered without my knowledge or permission. I am a member of Pakistan’s intelligence/security forces, and this misuse of my personal details is a serious crime.
Instead of resolving the matter, you people are now sending me threatening calls and messages to pay bills for a connection I never applied for. This is clear fraud, harassment, and intimidation.
If this harassment does not stop immediately and my details are not removed from your system, I will take strict legal action against PTCL, including a formal complaint to FIA Cyber Crime Wing, Police, and higher authorities.
This is my final warning. Immediately close the fraudulent connection, stop sending me bills, and confirm in writing that no PTCL account is linked with my details.

I have been complaining about my internet connection issues for over a week, but PTCL has failed to fix the problem. Their customer service is extremely negligent—they don’t care about customer complaints at all. I don’t understand why PTCL even has such an unprofessional and inefficient support system. The staff’s behavior is rude, and their service is worse than useless. They don’t deserve a single point—zero accountability and zero effort to resolve issues. Avoid PTCL if you want reliable internet.

The customer service is unbelievably bad—just when you think it can’t get worse, it somehow does, tenfold.
They don't provide accurate information upfront, especially regarding hidden charges and taxes before installing the Flash Fiber. As a result, you can easily end up paying at least Rs. 1000 more than the originally agreed bundle price.
To make matters worse, every few months—like clockwork—they silently increase the bundle price by Rs. 200 to Rs. 300.
And good luck trying to contact their support. If by some miracle you manage to reach a customer service representative, they’ll rush to end the call without properly addressing your complaint. You’ll likely hear the classic “Ho jay ga” response, which basically means nothing will actually be done.
