Lee and his staff were brilliant. No complaints at all. Move went really smoothly thanks to PTL. We packed ourselves but they provided boxes and packing materials. All items were handled with care in transit. Everything was put back together as we needed and all boxes/furniture were put in there designated areas. Couldn't recommend them enough.

Professional communication, very efficient in timings, organisation and care of our things. Recommended!

I was in need of a good removal firm to move me locally in Garstang.
I got three quotes from local suppliers and chose PTL simply on Lee's attention to detail and the service promised.
Here on time on move day and simply got on with the job in hand. Overcame some tricky issues of large furniture through small doors.
All our "stuff" was handled with care and respect.
Job was done at the price quoted and we are very happy with the service provided.

Reasonable pricing and they did not change the quote, even though I was initially quoted for 10 boxes but ended up having 17 boxes, along with a trampoline, and a bike. The team was very helpful — they brought cardboard boxes and protective coverings, even though I hadn’t booked the packing service. After moving everything, they kindly tightened some loose screws on my doors. The dismantling and reassembly process was smooth and efficient.

Lee and his colleague were absolutely fantastic and moved us really quickly and efficiently. They packaged stuff up for us which we weren’t expecting! They also put things back together such as our tv on the TV stand and they put everything in the rooms they were meant to go in. We really couldn’t fault them and they took the stress out of the day. 100% recommend. Very professional, friendly and good value for money. Thanks again lads! Abbie 😊

3-bed house move from Lancaster to Leeds without packaging service. Hassle-free, no nonsense, no hidden fees. Lee came round for a survey and gave me a very competitive quote including my list of items and a generous overestimate. Move took place on-time, promptly, and professionally. Definitely recommend.

We booked after an initial call , and we could only fully confirm our move was going ahead a day or 2 before but this wasn’t an issue for PTL.
On the day of the move Lee and Carl arrived and where both very nice and professional, the van was fully loaded within an hour and a half , all big items taken down swiftly , then they made there way to the new location, unfortunately this was complicated and we only moved in around 5/6pm , but Lee and Carl remained patient and continued to provide myself with advice and updates
Then the move in was complete as swiftly as the move out and all items placed where I requested and the large items where built again.

Great company and will use again if required.

They arrived on time, packed all our possessions carefully and unpacked in a timely fashion.

PTL booked for 9am 26/3/25 rang and 9.20am to say driver sick on my team but would be with us by 12! Turned up just before 5pm. Had to make two trips as Van was too small for the job! Offered £100 discount then the Driver argued that we should pay the full amount, even though they were still here at 1.30AM
They knew I am terminally ill, they chose our move to leave until Late, even though there were other teams on other jobs! Younger lad was very nice and very helpful. Good job done in the end but the day was terrible! I knew there were lots of people moving this week with the new stamp duty and they promised that nothing like this would happen!
NEVER AGAIN! Good Job but unreliable!
There are 6 flats in my building all with older disabled people, who have complained bitterly this morning and we have gotten off with our new neighbours to a very bad start! TODAY 27/3/25, reading other reviews, it’s obvious that ‘A driver down and being hours late, happens a lot! Lied to 4 people then only 2! Offered discount then argumentative driver Lee wanted the full amount! They did work hard but that isn’t the point! Moving is stressful enough without having to move in the dark 8 hours late and finishing at 1.30am!
Totally unacceptable! Mickey Mouse company!
Lady in office said as they were so late, she would send 4 men so it wouldn’t take too long! 2 Turned up 🤬

I contacted PTL in a bit of a panic as we had a very short window in which to arrange the removal. Lee arrived to do the survey and give us an estimate. Lee was very informative regarding how best to pack our belongings as we chose to do that ourselves. He was very reassuring regarding how they would remove our larger furniture items, covering and protecting them. Emails from Bella kept me up to date with when they would arrive and answered any questions I had. On the day of the house move Lee and Cal arrived on time and the transfer from our home to the removal vans went very smoothly. They took away as much stress as it's possible to do on such a stressful day. They were waiting at our new home for us which was sadly delayed a few hours as we were unable to collect the keys until 5pm. No waiting charge! Bonus! Lee and Cal had our belongings inside the house with no drama. These guys worked like trojans, if I could have paid them double I would have. I have no wish to move house again but if I was then I would have no hesitation in using PTL again.
Absolutely fantastic company and a great price. They deserve 10 stars.

Would absolutely recommend Lee and the team. Made stress of moving much easier, from giving advice on how to pack to disassembling furniture. Arranged times that best suited us, emptied the house one day and delivered to the other house the next. They were both very professional and helpful and took great care with all belongings and furniture to ensure everything arrived in one piece. Very happy with the service provided and would highly recommend to anyone who’s wanting a less stressful move.

Moving house is stressful was glad to have these guys on side. Wonderful service. Would highly recommend.
