Been using PTminder for 6 years and what once started out as a great software, has slowly declined into a horrible, bug laden platform that has glitches now almost daily. Fees have gone up exponentially and quality has decreased just as much. Very frustrating - don't waste your money.
I've been with them for years and the quality has steadily declined. Prices has risen but service and functionality has dropped.
The software started randomly switching our timezones which played havoc with synched calendar leading to double booking. Despite reaching out to "help" multiple times over the past 6 weeks no one can provide an answer. Only responding with "we'll get back to you", which they don't.
Additionally, the capability for us to synch with Google calendars is down and has been over a month meaning my trainers using Google calendar cannot use PT Minder in their Google calendars. This means a whole bunch of double handing and double booking costing us heaps.
The system was pretty average before the last update and now since the update it has gotten worse, most recently a new client signs up to a membership and PT Minder didn't take payment details so this member is getting free training till it gets fixed.
Thanks PT Minder! not only costing me $50 a month but now costing me $48 a week with unpaid memberships
