Hi to all.
I have just moved to St Austell & bought an old 1927 house that needs renovating, so I have been buying lots of bits for it over the last few months. The staff at St Austell are a credit to PTS, they are customer focused & helpful, so many thanks from me to your St Austell branch.
I have noticed over the years we are all to happy & quick to criticise & complain, but we seem unable to thank or praise people & companies when they do well. You could argue that they are only doing what they are paid for that is true but they do it with a smile & a good attitude.
So again Thanks to St Austell branch.
