the record i requested was for the…

the record i requested was for the wrong state. i was charged $9.95 for two months before i realized it was auto-pay.
i canceled my subscription via Chat with Paul. i received a confirmation code. i will watch my online bank account to make sure i am not charged again.
i highly recommend you advertise that this is an autorenewal subscription.

Excellent and quick resolution!

Pamela understood my issue and quickly resolved the matter. She explained why the charge happened and helped me in a very timely manner. I also did not have to wait long for someone to assist me. I thought I would have to make a call and wait on hold but this chat feature is an excellent option!
