USA!🇺🇸🦅

Love this place. Great place to find awesome company's that share my values!
I love that you can find American made product here. The site keeps getting bigger and easier to find things. Very easy to shop here.
I would highly recommend.

Won't support a Christian Nationalist company

I interviewed with this company and the first interview is all about you proving that you live a Republican life. They said that Republican values are more important than the skills someone brings to the table. I am an Independent voter who keeps his political beliefs out of the workplace entirely. No wonder that their software is REALLY, REALLY substandard in quality and ease of use. They completely close the door on great Independent voting senior software developers like me and all democratic software developers.

Fantastic experience

I'd bet the 1-star reviews are from leftist activists who have never actually used the site. I've made dozens of purchases and have found the highest quality of products from businesses that have way better customer service than I'm seeing anywhere else right now. 5/5 highly recommend

Non-Disclosure Issues with Advertising

My company agreed to a promotional advertising fee, of which I agreed. However, after the promotional period ended I was charged a monthly fee without disclosure to me and I questioned the charge via the website chat.
Hayden at Public Square emailed me, which evidently, is the only way they want to communicate, except when you start the advertising - then they are happy to talk with you by phone, but when there is a dispute they do not want to talk to you, as in this case.
Via email Hayden told me that they would cancel the ad, however, could not credit me the $100/mo fee.
I have requested the original signed agreement where I gave authorization to continue charging me, but they have not provided me such, as they don't have it. I did not give authorization to continue to charge me monthly after the promo period ended. They did refer me to a paragraph that is somewhere on their site that gives them authorization to continue to charge monthly after the initial promo period unless I give them notice of such cancellation.
To conceal and hide this policy at the start of the promo period and without having an acknowledgement with a signature is non-disclosure and a deceptive practice and only gives Public Square a bad reputation.
In addition, the impersonal manner of doing business after they get your money is very bad.
I cannot recommend advertising on Public Square. By the way after 3 months, I received ZERO inquires or contacts from anyone. Wasted money.
There are other more productive ways to advertise than on Public Square and not waste time disputing getting your money back.

I am still waiting for Hayden to show me my signature on the original agreement acknowledging the month to month charges if there is no cancellation.

Business owners beware.

THS IS THE POLICY THAT WAS NOT DISCLOSED AT THE START OF THE PROMO PERIOD AND DOES NOT HAVE AN ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OR SIGNATURE BY THE COMPANY. IT IS BERRIED SOMEWHERE ON THEIR SITE TO USE IT IN SITUATIONS LIKE MINE:

Yes, our Advertising Agreement states that:
"All in App promotion will automatically renew on a month-to-month basis at the end of the contract, unless Advertiser gives written communication of cancellation on or before the final day of the contract. Advertiser has 3 business days from the end of the month, to notify the account management team if they wish to cancel in order to receive a refund. PublicSquare also has the right to cancel the agreement post auto-renewal if Advertiser does not respond to communications in a timely manner."

Not sure about the negative reviews

Not sure about the negative reviews. Definitely not my or my friends' experiences with publicsq with close to 100 purchases from the site. With one product I bought through publicsq, I had a question about shipping / tracking. Google USPS tracking link showed no shipping label created. I received great customer service from publicsq. Because of google USPS tracking foul up I thought the order never shipped. Publicsq customer service contacted the seller who responded quickly after I contacted publicsq. They got detailed USPS tracking information from the actual USPS website, which I could not check through a google USPS tracking link for some reason. Go figure. The seller (that is definitely a U.S. company) got back to publicsq the same day with an email copy of the USPS tracking progress. I found out the order shipped on time and the delivery delay of two days was USPS mail handling issue. I received the order the following day. Very pleased!

So far (9 days and counting)

So far (9 days and counting) I am not impressed. Public Square is an Amazon wannabe. I was under the impression the company’s selling on Public Square are American companies. “ Sharing our values”. Not the case. What I ordered is being shipped from China. Tracking cost $1. to speak with a rep to help track. After 9 days all I found out is the item has shipped. It’s my last order.
Update: now it’s been 15 days and still nothing! Grrrrr
Update its now been 23 days, still no delivery.

Delivery problems

The site promotes buying American. Yet, I just ordered something and it's coming from 'overseas'. I can only guess where that might be. The items are taking forever to get here. Had I known this, I would have purchased my 'overseas' product from Amazon. I would have it by now. Another place I bought from couldn't find my address and didn't tell me. I had to call them and get it straightened out. Again, the delivery was delayed.

Rip off company

Rip off company. They sound glamorous when they sell you but as soon as they sell you they abandon you. And when I try to get service I got rude nasty individuals that don't want to bother with you and treat you like you are the scum of the Earth. I see now why everybody else is giving them a Zero review.
