Outstanding! The app is perfect, it tells you everything you want to know about how your books are performing and the customer service is the best I have ever received. I don't think they sleep, they are ALWAYS available, friendly, and on top of things.

I was put on to this online software by a marketing firm who wanted to make sure all their clients were able to keep complete record of their spend and earnings. And even though I am not a client of theirs, it was worth the conversation just to find out about this gold mine product. The amount of information and breakdown of all your income and spending streams is mind boggling, and yet at the same time very user friendly and understandable. It is clear that the founder (Eiri) new what authors needed and how to design something extremely eye-catching.

I’ve seen and used other similar types of software, and none have come close to matching the versatility of this tool. Most require you to download daily .csv files to fill in the information with, but Eiri has created something seamless that allows for automatic pulls of all your information from Amazon sales revenue to Ads data from Amazon and Facebook.

They are also in the process of testing ACX pulls as well to bring in our audio sales data.

Eiri has quite a full year of additions coming that will make this a go-to for all indies. It looks like he will be giving authors the ability to pull from all the major retailers, not including setting it up so those of us who sell direct from our websites will be able to garner that data as well.

Ads syncs expiring every day more times a day. Recommendation to use a different browser is not a fix and it is not solving the problem. This problem is making kdp champ almost useless

I have only started publishing on KDP in the last year and decided to sign up for KDP champ once I started getting sales.

I now tend to look at all my stats and sales figures through KDP Champ rather than on the Amazon platform.

The Dashboars and logs give me all the up to date info that I need to see how my books are selling, and I get notified of every sale.

There is so much more to the platform that I haven't yet explored but know will provide me valuable information when I need to drill down further,

The developers are constantly updating and improving the platform and have helped answer any questions through the helpful chat feature.
