Brian Chang delivered an excellent Q&A session on April 15, 2025. His insights were clear and engaging, and the bonus teaching segment in the final minutes of the call was particularly valuable—both informative and practical.

This is for Brian and Lorilee's Tuesday Q & A. They both did a wonderful job. The are great at explaining everything. There was extra time at the end of the Q & A, so they added a mini class on Improving Your Title. This included doing a live demo. They are both great coaches.

Dani Bowers teaches in a way that makes subjects more understandable. She also goes outside the box to help her students!

I joined AIA/ Publishing.com in November 2024 and in 5 months have released 3 books using their tools and guidance. Their step-by-step program demystifies the publishing process and aims to make it possible and probable to publish high-quality books with consumer value.
On a personal level, the coaches are top-notch. Lisa is truly amazing and inspiring. I sincerely appreciate her high energy and cheerful demeanor even when giving critical feedback or helping correct an issue to see a greater return on the book's final appearance and sales.

This company genuinely wants you to succeed. They provide the publishing process but also support you when you doubt yourself. I think it is the only business where all of the employees seem perma-happy! As a student you are never alone during each step.

Promises were made the company fell short. You are told you get 10 credits for AI books. These are not your credits these are loans if not used in 6 months you lose them. They have too few coaches to accomplish their promises, I am going to have to renew to get back any of my investment back. It is my hope at this point to break even. Needless to say everything was not done in time to get refund. If after renewing I feel the company met their promises I will change the review.

I would never use this company unless you can afford thousands and thousands of dollars. Plus they are UNETHICAL. They gave me a cost of $1995 and since I told them I could not afford that, they convinced me to do it partially payment plan through Klarna where they would take $55 a month out of my checking account And on my Visa by taking $100 a month for 12 months. Well, they made a fraudulent UNAUTHORIZED charge on my Visa for $1100 which is stuck on there until it’s processed and they have a month before it will become not a pendingcharge. I was guaranteed a three day refund policy and on the day after I joined I’ve been trying to contact them through many phone calls, leaving messages and nobody answers any extension and through emails. One email said that they would honor my three day refund, but wanted to know why I wanted a refund. I have told them many times that I do not trust a company that makes an unauthorized charge on someone’s credit card holding up $1100 in money when it was fraudulently placed. The $1995 deal was only for one manuscript to use their software which was AI based. Another credit for a manuscript is $995. They said you can join the pro program and not pay $995 for each credit but then I will be paying thousands of dollars more to get the pro program. They also did not tell me that I had to spend $79 on KDSpy. They keep saying that they will respond during business hours when I contacted them during business hours. Meanwhile, I can’t buy tires that I need on my Visa card because they are holding $1100 of credit off of it and will not release it. They are ignoring my calls and dozens of messages and emails and not refunding my money. The bank said that it has to pass the pending stage before I can dispute the fraudulent charge. It could take up to a month and that means that I have to wait that long to get tires so I can drive a long distance to visit my son. I would never recommend this company to anybody.

I was learning publishing on my own before coming across publishing.com. I had a good base but the money joining the program was really worth it to give me everything I needed to know right in one place. Plus you can't beat the community of other students who are all in various phases of their publishing journey to get tips and advice from.

I joined the AIA program as an Accelerator Student in Feb 2024. The guidance and learning the book creation process was invaluable. There were some hurdles that I needed to overcome, but with the tools provided, I was able to overcome them and saw true success in March 2024 with making over $1k in royalties.

The Educational Software and Pub AI Software is really great but the initial hook is getting in for little investment.However once I was committed to making this work and it can i could see how much is involved in the journey. Without investing in the paid Acceletator program,without past publishing experience I would have been lost in space. The paid program gives access to coaching mentoring throughout the process I would not get otherwise. The income potential is solid and strong with their expert assistance but its a rough go without the investment.

Publishing.com is a company that cannot be trusted to give you complete information about their AI Automation Academy (AIA) program and the self-publishing business. In their promotional webinar, they fail to disclose the substantial additional costs, over and above the $1,995 sign-up fee, that are needed to get a self-publishing business up and running. This is a deceptive, manipulative, and irresponsible business practice apparently designed to induce those unaware to fork over the $1,995 sign-up fee.

As a retiree living on a fixed income, I am unable to afford these undisclosed additional expenses, and when I requested a refund for the AIA program, I was told by Chantel that my request was "not in line with our standard refund policies." So basically, Publishing.com refuses to acknowledge its unscrupulous business practices, and in addition refuses to address legitimate complaints about these practices.

As a consumer listening to the promotional webinar, I had NO REASON to expect to incur these additional costs. I had a right to know this cost information BEFORE I decided to purchase the program. If I had known about all of these additional costs needed to start a self-publishing business, I wouldn't have purchased the AIA program in the first place. And now I'm seemingly stuck.

My advice is to stay away from this company.
