Working with Nick at Pufferprint was a dream! I had no idea what to expect, and Nick walked me through the process from beginning to end. He was patient with all of my questions and offered great advice. Not only is it hard to find a publisher who will do board books, but finding someone to help make sure it's as professional and beautiful as possible is so hugely appreciated.

Creating a board book for the first time could be a really intimidating process, but with Nick Wheatley in your corner, it will be smooth sailing! I picked PufferPrint for my children's book in part because of their sustainability (climate neutral, soy based ink, etc). But what followed was even better: excellent communication (with Nick Wheatley), beautiful rendition of the book's art (the illustrator was very impressed), all expectations met, including splitting the order between air and sea. In short, an excellent experience. I own four different small businesses: I wish everything was this easy! A+ for meeting all my expectations.

I love my books and I love the help I received from Pufferprint. Really quality printing.
We must have went back and forth 50 times as I tweaked the layout and formatting and Nick was there throughout the whole process. From quoting to the book delivery I love that they are sustainability printed which is a big plus for my customers. Hurray! Wish there were some faster responses back when I was just making a small change here or there to get the proof ready but otherwise all went perfectly.

I just printed my second children's book with PufferPrint. I am so pleased with the quality of the books and my experience with the team. They were very responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. I am looking forward to ordering more copies once I sell through this initial batch of books. Fantastic experience with these guys!! This was my first book order. Nick and PufferPrint were super responsive and helpful, and the deliveries are beautiful, very high quality, and all were on time! (And they don’t smell! A sample order I had from another vendor smelled for months.). Plus, the attention to eco-friendly details (FSC paper, soy-based inks, carbon offsets) was greatly appreciated!

Pufferprint was great to work with, our contact was Nick, he was very patient and responsive, and answered all of our questions (of which there were many!). They were upfront with the costs, and we were billed exactly what we were quoted. The quality of the printing was very good, the books arrived in excellent condition, and individually shrink-wrapped. With the proof copy, even before it arrived, Nick sent us a video to show us the book and every page as printed, so we felt confident in ordering the bulk quantity. They even offered to set up the dielines for the cover (though we were able to do it ourselves). As a small publisher, we also really appreciated not having to deal with shipping pallets, we even were able to split the order so that about half went to one location and half to another. The quality of the paper and printing is noticeably better than POD. Highly recommend!

PufferPrint has been a lifesaver for our small publishing house on several occasions. Our beautifully illustrated children's book series, The BIG Adventures of the Glenn Acres Gang! is awash with vibrant jewel tones and every printer we asked prior sent proofs that were significantly diminished in saturation--- not PufferPrint--- they always deliver a fantastic job.

Pufferprint helped me print several hundred children’s hardcover board books and they are absolutely beautiful! Better than I could have imagined!
