The site went above and beyond to make an order right I ordered the wrong thing and told them that I made a mistake because the picture was a very good on their website they ended up, letting me keep what they sent and sent me three more of what I was trying to order so very very good went above and beyond

Customer Service was a pleasure to work with when my purchase got stuck in customs. To make up for that, PM sent me a free atomizer, but they didn't forget about me. They returned my emails immediately and kept in touch until my items arrived.

Working with Puffingmaster was a pleasure, and that's not BS. They know that good customer care equals repeat business.

One of my products was already delivered in a faulty state. I ended up contacting the seller, and I can say now that the Puffingmaster customer service was outstanding and helpful. Very engaged and responsive, friendly, and above and beyond the usual customer support.

They give free extras to my replacement, and the whole process was again...really really FAST :)

I had a great experience. I placed an order and it shipped super quick. The tracking didn’t update and delivered when I was out of town and the package was taken. The rep had already reached out to make sure I got my items. I explained what happened and they immediately got another package shipped same day. Rep communicated multiple times throughout the process. Overall I would recommend to anyone looking for smoking supplies

Very helpful customer service, how things should be done. Kept in the loop at all stages with international postage. Very friendly, can not rate highly enough.

Ive bought a few things from Puffingmaster and their prices are amazing the shipping is a little longer than most delivery services but that doesn't matter because there customer service is amazing and they are so helpful. I made a 50 dollar order that the shipping got messed up not there fault at all but they still gave me over 80dollars in gifts like 2 crossing core atomizers and they are so helpful and respond very fast will refer anyone i can to them just due to their customer service is amazing this is a great company to do business with for your smoking needs they beat many other competitors all I can say is just check it out and see if you don't believe what I say check them out Puffingmaster thanks again.

What first made me make a purchase was that Puffingmaster has a super clean website and all the product listings are very detailed. I made a purchase but then I did not realize that my order was going to come from overseas to the USA. I ended up contacting customer service to ask a few questions and Puffingmaster customer service was OUTSTANDING. They gave me tons of information about the product I had ordered as well as a solid estimate on shipping time. Everything came directly from the product's manufacturer and was 100% as described. Shipping took just over a week to arrive and was packaged very well.

Wish the order would be delivered quicker

I had a weird issue with a dabcool I purchased after they had already sent me a replacement part. I really feel bad as it really no fault of this company. But for a small fee they are sending me a new one, can’t ask for better service that I have received from these guys.

Ive been ordering many products lately as a good customer they always give me discount codes and free products my 3rd order came with free titanium-quarts coils for my saionara atomizer these gangs are the real deal!!
