Excellent, prompt service
I purchased from Pukka Pads and the items were delivered quite quickly. Although one of the items arrived damaged, I got in touch and they promptly replied and agreed to send out a replacement.

I ordered 3 box files of varying…
I ordered 3 box files of varying designs.
The designs are great just what I wanted. One of the boxes does not lock properly the catch is positioned completely in the wrong space so useless to use standing on its end or on its side. I would have expected the goods to be checked properly before shipment but this obviously didn't happen.

Very helpful when I had a problem with the files delivered as a couple were water damaged (probably during delivery). They responded quickly to my emails and offered to refund me for the 2 that were damaged. Will definitely use them again.
