Reliable, with excellent delivery
I found their website full of brilliant ideas. I wanted box files amongst other things & expected to see boring designs. How wrong was I ! Brilliant designs in pastel colours with butterflies & flowers, I had a lot of paperwork as I have just moved & together with the files & colourful zip plastic A4's this was ideal.

Brilliant customer care
I cannot fault this company. I ordered 2 sets of 5 box files for my pending craft room. They arrived after a couple of days but sadly 1 hadn't got the closure fittings & 1 had a temperamental closing. I emailed with photos & recieved a reply the next morning offering me a refund on the 2 boxes or a replacement.
The customer service was brilliant, they were very apologetic, helpful & dealt with my issues promptly, professionally & in a friendly manner.
It's rare to get such good customer care these days but this company (Jodie) certainly knows the value of it.
I will not hesitate to go back to this company when I need other stationary.

The pads are great quality as always
The pads are great quality as always, and a beautiful floral design for the folders means my daughter will be starting her A Levels in style.
On top of that, the customer service is brilliant. I foolishly ordered more of one folder than I needed, but a quick email rectified the situation and a confirmation response from Pukka put my mind at rest.
Great service and great products.

In addition to the higher quality of their products, Pukka Pads' customer service amazed me. Because of a mistake I made, my order was returned to them.
