These Venus chargers are not worh the money. Since Xmas we have had 2 broken at the isb-c end. They replaced 1 after a hectic ordeal in customer service but we still had to cough up the money for postage, even its their product the buggered. Prior to Xmas we bought 4 of the magnetic ones amd they didn't sti l to squat. We were told we need to buy a compatible phone even though money is the fastest samsung flip.
There's nothing in their television ads offering security when buying these things and this time also they are refusing to have it fixed or a new. Email to Consumer affair is just about to be sent.

I did leave a 2 star rating due to charger not working. Pulse have replaced the Venus and it is working and charging fine. Thank you for taking my complaint seriously.

Great Product
Bought the Apollo 3 in 1 for Xmas. Got the 2 pack for my wife and myself. This product is great as it charges our phones, our ear pods and our watches at same time. We don’t have to argue on which and who’s device get charged first, as we have one each and all our devices are charged at same time. Great product for a great price. Thank you pulse.

VERY POOR QUALITY. I am extremely disappointed with these chargers. I bought a four pack and so far three of them have had an issue with the android tip. They kindly replaced the first one but now they won’t replace the next two and have advised they are NOT repairable. I wish I’d read reviews before I purchased them. One more left to give as a gift. Fingers crossed it’s not a dodgy one like the other three.

This charger is nice and compactbecause it folds down into a small rectangle. It is brilliant for taking on holidays because I only need one outlet for 3 different products which saves space and hassle. It works well and charges quite fast. I recommend this product.

I have found that the pulse charger takes a long time to charge. My watch especially takes hours to charge. You can buy a much cheaper one from the supermarket that works just as good, though it’s not magnetic.

Poor connection wobbling in phone end snapped off, the bed side charger stopped working altogether

I bought the Venus charger and the tip broke off in phone. They claim it's not covered under warranty and always say look at all our 5 star reviews. This product is rubbish and over priced. Shop around. There are better and cheaper chargers out there. This product is to prey on the weak and elderly. Shame on you.

Very compact which is handy to slip into a purse or handbag. However, it doesnt hold the charge for very long, certainly nowhere near what they advertise. Mine also gets extremely hot when using. I was going to take it overseas with me but concerned about its safety. I wouldn't buy another one.

Brilliant little compact charger- charges all 3 devices (phone watch and iPods) , good for home and for travel, quick delivery too

I’ve never had an external tip from a portable charger. It snapped which isn’t covered by manufactories warranty. The fact it specifically states this suggests that other people have had the same issue. For its exorbitant price. The product isn’t work it for an obvious design flaw.

I bought a duo pack and a 4 pack for teenagers Christmas presents and of course kept one for myself. Boy, were they a hit. Put them into a lucky dip and told the kids they were all the same gift but different colours. It was up to them to decide whether they kept the colour the chose or swap. They all went away happy! Their parents were happy too because it meant they had no excuse for going out and having no battery power on their phones. Win win all around.

Was gifted one for Christmas. Used it 1 time and when I went to pull it out of my phone the connector came out of the pulse and got stuck in my charging port. Checked the warranty to find it doesn't cover this! Would not recommend purchasing them, can buy cheaper more sturdy chargers elsewhere. Shouldn't break after 1 use

Very disappointed with this product. The tip snapped off after being used 3 times. The charger is too heavy therefore allowing the tip to snap off. Interesting that all
Information states that warranty voided if tips snap (like this is a common occurrence) Disappointing Xmas gift and disappointed kid. Santa gets the blame for this poor product.

The Infinity charger is awesome. So compact and powerful! I love how it's magnetic with no cables to get in the way.

I purchased the twin Pulse charger and gave one away as a Christmas gift to a iPhone user they love the charger says it does everything that is advertised but I am using a sumsung and it does nothing I was expecting it does not magnatise to my phone with or without cover and it gets extremely hot in quite a short period and it doesn't hold its charge for long , very disappointed

I Added a Review about pulse Venus Charger that Broke,after an.Email from Chris he was very helpful.
So I shouldn’t Jump to Conclusions until I Follow something up First,Sorry Pulse.

The charging connections are very weak and broke in the charger. They virtually told me it was my fault and not covered my insurance. I bought the twin pack and it happens to both. 1 replaced after a few uses.

The charger is very handy, but it seems to discharge very fast when not being used. The other day I went to use it and found out it needed charging again. Even when I had not used it for 2 days.
But it seem to charge as it says.
My old charger never discharged by itself, well not that I noticed.
