Affordable & Complete

I usually don't write reviews, but Pulsedeck is really a game-changer for my business. It is affordable and have everything to have a really great customer support.

My customers have the flexibility to reach out and ask their questions through various channels (live chat widget, WhatsApp, ...). I can streamline all my ticket management tasks onto a single platform.

I am extremely satisfied with it, and my customers are also pleased. I recommend it to all business owners that want to take their customer support to new heights!

Great for E-shops

Intuitive, easy to adopt helpdesk to stay in touch with customers and do routine tasks way faster. My business now has 5 people in the support team and we discovered (a bit later than I wish I did:)) that helpdesk is just a must have thing for anyone working with customer requests.

I found Pulsedesk by a friend's recommendation and I never regretted it. With a quite affordable tariff, this software has all communication channels and features I need, as well as a knowledge base and a customer portal, which is super helpful for support agents.
