Scammers
Scammers. I have bought VPS, used it less than 1 day. They have stopped my server next day. My VPS didn't breach any rules, laws etc, it was a simple HTTP server. When I ask about refund they replied that it is impossible. And they also banned me on their site.
So they took my money, don't want back money and don't give VPS, it is a typical scammer behavior.
Update from 12 of Aug. "Pulseheberg flagged this review for containing harmful or illegal content."
Where is it contain harmful or illegal content? And where is my money, dear scammers from Pulseheberg? Reply me where is not truth in my story?

Your claim that we banned you and “stole your money” without any reason is simply not true. We informed you upfront about our policies and procedures, including the necessary legal requirements and rules that govern our operations. These are not imaginary rules, but legitimate policies that ensure compliance with European legislation and help us maintain the security and integrity of our services.
When you made the cryptocurrency deposit, you had to check a box confirming that you understood and accepted our terms and conditions before receiving the deposit address. This means you were clearly informed of our policies, including the non-refundable nature of cryptocurrency payments except under specific conditions.
We requested an identity verification after noticing some irregularities, such as the creation of multiple accounts. This is a standard procedure to protect all parties involved. Despite our efforts to reach out and provide a solution, you have not responded.

VPS is slow at point to crash all!
Web admin page is hyper slow, weekends it take minutes to open! VPS is simply unusable! It lag at point to crash databases and filesystems, tech team take you for an incompetent, they don't listen what you tell, I left them after a week, is just a scam! Is cheap but if VPS can't been used is USELESS! Is all, avoid them like the fire!
P.S. My VPS never went over 5% of ram, 1% of hard disk and 30% of CPU (very rare, is usually above 2%) but extremely high IO waits make CPU lagging and hundersts tries to connect to it on high ports, as root or other users make all system lagging due to PAM unable to handle all those requests, at start filesystem allowed only 4K open files, for a storage VPS is ridiculous!

Good service and good tech support, more than satisfied
Good service and good tech support, more than satisfied
I hired a couple of months here and I've tried a couple of services virtually for a very low price, I have not tried the dedicated, but if the VPS as VDI, and are just great, although share CPU, barely notes end performance, or at least, for what I use.
An excellent price for the storage capacity they offer, just what I was looking for
The best server company in which I have contracted services, I will definitely hire here future servers of expansion

It works good... sometimes
I rented a gameserver for minecraft. When it is online i can play with not much lag nor problems. But today it was unaccessible for 5 days, and this was not the first time i had a problem like this: when i payd for it, it took more than 2 days before i could even setup it, and yet the service will end exactly a month after i payd for it
