I’ve purchased from them several times and have always received excellent service. Sometimes orders do take a little longer to arrive due to the distance, but the company always provides great support and is willing to resolve any issues. Plus, the shirts are of excellent quality. They are definitely worth buying!
Scam- do not send any jersey and block when message
Avoid this company at all cost. Fraudulent service as they take your payment, appear official with an order number/receipt then take ages to message saying that there is “unforeseen circumstances” why your chosen shirt can’t be delivered. If you’re lucky you might get the wrong shirt sent to you according to these other reviews. I haven’t got anything sent to me at all.
Will try to waste your time giving you any option other than processing a cancel & refund and leave you begging them on WhatsApp for your refund. They claim not to operate using emails and are very unprofessional - slow replies. Stinks of criminal fraudulent enterprise.
I might never get my refund paid back to me but you can avoid being scammed by not purchasing from this company.

Hello,
We’re genuinely sorry to hear about your experience. This is certainly not the level of service we want any customer to receive.
We understand how frustrating it is to place an order and then face delays or availability issues, especially when you were expecting a specific jersey. While unforeseen stock or fulfillment issues can occasionally occur, we should always handle these situations with clear communication and provide a proper solution as quickly as possible.
We also sincerely apologize if our response times and communication through WhatsApp made the situation even more frustrating. We take this feedback seriously and are continuously working to improve our customer support and order management processes.
Regarding your refund, we would like the opportunity to review your case and ensure it is properly resolved. Please contact us again with your **order number**, and our team will prioritize reviewing the situation and providing you with an update.
We understand that your trust has been affected, and we’re sorry that your experience with Pulses Football did not meet your expectations.
I bought two shirts from the website and was really impressed with the quality! The material is great, comfortable, and the details are impeccable, they're identical to the originals.
Delivery took a little longer than expected, but the support team was always very attentive and answered my questions quickly, which reassured me throughout the process.
Don't buy anything from this company.
The shirt came without number and name even though I paid for it.
Do not buy anything from them look for other companies.
I ordered on December 22, they took the money on December 23, and never heard anymore from them. Wrote them several emails, wrote on their facebook page, no answer. Seems to be a fake company.
