Pulsetto makes VNS easy and tracking results over time grants feedback necessary for users to recognize patterns in responses to both the device as well as undocumented variables unique to the individual. Pulsetto for sleep, 2 ten-minute sessions twice daily for the past 43 days has perceptibly improved my readiness for a full night's sleep. I also use the inflammation and gut health protocols as prescribed.

I have added the Pulsetto to my meditation and deep breathing (vagal nerve) sessions.
I’ve been using it for a few weeks and find it has helped deeper meditation and aided sleep particularly getting to sleep. Most of the time I only get to using it one session, two are recommended and usually in the afternoon. Haven’t tried prior to sleep. I don’t find the music selection inspirational I use my own selection of music. Meditations for the vagus nerve by madhur naine Webster.

I had to resolve my problem by trial and error
I am finally able to use the Pulsetto app on my phone. I misplaced the small remote. The company told me to use my phone App but it didn't work until I re-entered it. Initially, I needed my Purchase number which has succumbed to a bad computer.
I can finally use my $300 purchase. I wish the company had been more helpful. However, I think the Pulsetto has a positive effect.

not only did I not get the product. the company states they never had an account with my information but they charged me for the device and now charging me a monthly fee I never sigend up for. I am reporting to BBB and disputing charges as fraud
