Claiming my Redemption & customer service has been a nightmare
I’ve been using the same card to purchase packages for a long time without any issues. When I was first asked to verify my card, I completed the verification process and continued making purchases with that exact same card. Since then, I’ve spent hundreds of dollars on packages and never encountered a single problem.
Now, when it’s finally time to claim my redemption, I’m being told that I have to verify my card all over again. Honestly, if I had known claiming my redemption would turn into such a stressful and frustrating process, I never would have made all of those purchases in the first place.
I’ve repeatedly asked if there is any way to avoid going through the entire verification process again, but I haven’t received any real help. The customer service experience has been extremely disappointing. Responses have either been very delayed or nonexistent, leaving me feeling ignored and frustrated.
What makes this even more upsetting is that I wasn’t informed about needing additional verification until weeks later, after I reached out myself via email to ask what was happening with my redemption. Had I not contacted support, I still wouldn’t have known what was causing the delay.
I’ve played many other games and used many other platforms over the years, and I’ve never experienced this level of difficulty just to receive something I’ve already earned and paid for. I’ve been a loyal customer, followed every instruction given to me, and spent a significant amount of money on your platform. All I’m asking for is a fair resolution and clear communication regarding my redemption
