I’m so disappointed in myself to fall into this trap. I’ve seen the ad on TikTok and made a purchase of £35. It’s been over a month and no one has email or replied back about my order. Total SCAM; cannot believe TikTok accommodate this form of service and its platform. FYI, there is no number and no one to complain to. I’ve search tireless trying to find there details including their domain name and registration number. Their domain name exists; but that’s it. I’m so disappointed and sad about this experience.

I wish I could put zero stars they don't even deserve the star I put in an order in May 2023 and it is now December of 2023 and I've yet to get my package this is a total scam nobody buy from this place. I tried and emailed them it never got an email back this is total BS. Do not buy from these people. !!!!!!!DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!!

I bought sweaters from them 3 months ago. Still haven't gotten them.. and emailed them asked for refund.. all I get back is there on production and will be shipped when they receive them. There is no number to call to talk to a real person. Don't order from this suite because you'll get the run around. They will take you money. And you'll never get what you ordered..

I bought a bag in August and after two weeks I wrote an email asking because I paid faster delivery (4 days) they answered two weeks later and said there are still on production. Till now after two other emails nothing not even reply. How it's possible that Facebook and take part of these fraudulent websites from scam.

They are a scam company that got me for over 50.00 in shirts. They will not contact you, they will not reply to emails. Do not order from this place or website as it is a scam!

I've ordered some boots on July 4th and have not received anything yet the order # is 00147104. Why is it taking so long to receive them? 🤬. I'm starting to think this is a scam.

I baught an expensive item from them and havent recived it. Ive sent emails and tried contacting them over and over and i got the same shii. This is a total scam and im so annoyed at myslef!!! I hope they get shut down and sued coz i know it aint just me.

Ordered an item. Luckily not too expensive. Did not receive said item and now the website cannot be found

I still haven’t received my order and it’s been a month+. I’ve been emailing, if I don’t receive my order I will make sure this fake website comes down. You can reshare clothes as you wish and gain money but the way you guys are handling it, I’m surprised this site isn’t down yet. I spent a lot of money naïvely on this site so please, either give me and the other buyers a contact number or give us a simple email saying your a scam. It’s that simple.

Hi I’ve not received my items I’m guessing this is a scam? I paid for next day delivery and it’s been over a month!!

I placed an order with these on the 2nd June and nothing has arrived I have sent emails and all I am getting is the product is in production and then has to have quality control checks .it’s now the 19th July .total scam

Same here, ordered a toy for my kid now the site and my order link are both gone. Service @ pumans.com is supposedly the contact email for these sites. Maybe someone can trace them with it?

I wish I could rate this 0 stars they took the website down and I never got my package total scam. Thought it was legit but was not total bull!!! It's also TikTok's fault too they should be better at watching these websites and I don't even get my money back. TOTAL SCAM NEVER BUY OFF OF TIKTOK AGAIN WORST THING EVER!!!!!!!

I ordered 4 hoodie for my daughter in Dec it’s March and I never receive it yet. It’s a scam do not purchase from this site.

I ordered a pair of shoes for me and my friend they never came and the emails disappeared. And there’s no where to refund

Same here ordered a jacket for my grandbaby right after Xmas 12/26/2022 it's now about to be March .....do not order from this scam of a company they need to be reported to the BBB 😡🤬
