Been taking the pumpkin seed oil tabs 3 times a day as instructed. Tried for 1 month of doing 1 x morning 1 x afternoon 1 x night.... NOTHING. Hair still falling out everyday. Then tried 3 in the morning for a full month.... NOTHING.
I order pumpkinseed oil for my husband as we have read that it is good for the prostate but of course because it is such a lovely flavour I occasionally pinch some! 😉
