Worst product ever!!!! The suction of the pump is so slow that it takes me about an hour just to pump one ounce. The suction was good in the first use but after that it has been rubbish. The product is very different from the description.

Product was faulty. Contacted customer service who asked me to send a video (which I did and it was accepted it was faulty). Promised a replacement which was not provided and instead just a part which did not resolve the fault. Got back in touch to inform hadn't sent the replacement and just a part which didn't resolve the problem and was ignored. Have chased and chased over months and just ignored. Terrible product (which had potential to be good) and awful customer service.

This is a good pump for the price. It did take a long time to arrive, but that wasn't a huge issue for me as I planned ahead before baby arrived. Considering the price of the well known competition brands it performs fairly well, however I do find that, even with extenders it can squish my breast a little and then not extract from the squashed bit. Also, I have had one issue on removing the pump where the seal didn't hold and I covered myself with milk 🙈. Not as easy to use as I would like with a newborn to look after but still a good handsfree option.

It's a counterfeit company. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM.
I've had to report them through my bank in hopes I'll get a refund.

I love the pump.. however, the motor died two months of using it. They asked for a video of what it was doing so I sent it. They told me they would send a replacement. That was August 30. It is now October 6. This morning I just got the response, we will send out replacement on September 5. What?! The odds I will ever get my replacement are slim. Buyer beware.

Scam. Pumps don’t work, company based in China and no refunds or customer service. Just don’t.

Do not purchase, very bad business. Fraudulent. Their "risk free 100% money back guarantee" is false. They refuse to refund if you open the package. Dumbest business ever - how can you tell if it works for you if you can't open it? There is no money back guarantee - just false advertisement.

I hope this business crumbles and fast! I will do everything in my power to shut it down.

They claim you get a full refund if dissatisfied but it’s a lie. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. The company is based in China and customer service sucks. They take weeks to respond and never Andrew your questions. I’m still waiting on the instructions for my refund and it’s been weeks

Ordered my pump almost two months ago. One of them didn’t work and the one that did would come apart while pumping. I messaged the company and somebody named Wynona responded two weeks later. At that point i had already bought a new pump from target and wanted to know where to send this pump to so I can get a refund. She keeps asking the same questions then says per our refund policy if the seals are broken they won’t accept the return. I sent her a screenshot of the refund policy where it clearly says we want our customers to be satisfied and if not happy within 60 days they will refund. She then asks again if it was used. This conversation has been going on for a month now and I’m so frustrated. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

SCAM COMPANY. I tried to return the product as the suction was crap, they told me to return it to the address and then didn’t refund me my money (I also paid £7 delivery to get it back to them). Avoid

If I could give zero stars, I would! I ordered June 19, and have yet to receive it a month later. You don’t get a tracking number, and for some reason, I was getting private emails from other customers with the Pumply replies. I know the names, their address, and conversations of unhappy customers. One lady was sent a used pump, w/ crusted milk all over it! How would I know that??? Oh from other people’s emails, and their conversations w/ customer service! I’ve asked for my money back a few times, to no avail. I’m glad I went through afterpay, that’s hopefully my only good news.

Don't waste your time or money, bought one of these for convenience because everyone knows how hard it is to pump and do other stuff because you have to carry wires and battery packs with you. I popped it on, made sure it had a tight grip against the outside of my boob with my nipple placed properly into the hole, I checked the bottom a few times just to make sure it was still tight against my skin, then I just got a sudden wet feeling and lone behold the silicone had separated at the bottom releasing that full pump into my bra! They're so cheaply made and weak, my other pumps first setting is stronger and more powerful than the last setting on this pump. I couldn't be more gutted at losing my babies precious milk! It's disgusting how this is even allowed! They should be more sturdy.

Have bought from this company on 16th March still waiting for product. Now cannot get hold of company whatsoever didn't even get confirmation email just took money and ran
