Punchbowl is a very user friendly tool for sending invitations and greeting cards. I love being able to quickly check my guest list for RSVP’s, message my guests and send quick messages. It’s my “go to” for party planning.

On a whim I was looking for something easy to use to create a family bowling night invitation that was simple to use and not complicated to create. Punchbowl was the answer I was looking for. Highly recommend for many many uses not just invitations.

When deleting your account, make sure to delete it twice. We cancelled our subscription in November 2025 and found out they charged us for three more months. Now, won’t return our messages.

I used Punchbowl for the first time and I was a little apprehensive since I am technology challenged. The website was very easy to use, it was very easy to edit my invitation prior to sending it out, and all the information such as guest list and registry was in one place and easy to navigate. I would definitely use Punchbowl again.

Punchbowl have been my go to for sending out e-invites for years now. It user friendly for the hosts and guests. It keeps track of all the things I need to know. Also staffs at Punchbowl are awesome! They are prompt at responding back to my inquiries. We will definitely be using this great service again and recommend this to all of our friends and family.

I love this App. I use it every month with my Women's Ministry group. It simplifies, repeat guest lists. The added Potluck feature makes the events more interesting and the back side for printing the guest list keeps my events very efficient and organized! I highly recommend the Punchbowl App.

I have used Punchbowl for several years now and for a variety of events. Birthdays, graduations, church events such as first communion and confirmation, along with random other occasions along the way. Punchbowl has been easy to use for both myself and my guests and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to simplify invitations.

The website was super easy to use. Loved the invitation design.

Be aware of participating in their trial membership offer because you potentially could get trapped paying their full membership rate which happened to me
Also, know that they provide a 50% discount membership offer when you cancel their trial membership

This is one of best app that is very user friendly and without any ads. I used this app for my sons birthday and it was so much easy to manage the guests including the adults and kids coming for the party. The app also has all the free templates and also the premium invitations that you will need for an event... I have recommended to my friends and they have started using it.

I thought that was a really neat way to receive an invitation.
I was having a fundraising event and a very special time in our home and I found using punch bowl invitations, very effective and easy to use. Their customer service was outstanding! The follow-up automatic rsvp, was great!

I have been using this app for about a month. I originally purchased a subscription to help me reach my clients to send reminder cards and birthday cards. But I have been able to send all types of greeting cards for all occasions and the invitations were a success for my recent Galentine's dinner. I was able to invite, see who viewed and RSVP. I could send individual messages to the guests and it even sent a reminder message 2 days before the event. This is a very helpful app and I enjoy being able to edit the cards to make them my own. I would highy recommend. It is so convenient& easy to use.
