Honestly pathetic experience

1. I bought uda aida sweatshirt NavyBlue , colour shown on website is different and product i recieved colour is like schooldress.
2. There is no return policy ever made by them, because quality of products are very low, swetshirt fabric i recieved is of very low quality. In market you can buy same quality sweatshirt without printing for 200-250.
3. Poor delivery experience, they tool 5-7 days for sending product from karnal to chandigarh.

Punjabi Adda is a fraud site. I had ordered three Diljit Dosanjh concert t-shirts on 2 December 2024, but i never received my order. Upon contacting them, they said it was a courier issue and they would give me other t shirts.. when I told them that diljit concert was long over and I did not need other t shirts from their store, and requested them to refund my money, they told me that they did not have refund policy and started forcing me to buy some other t shirts instead. When I started to follow it with them, they blocked me on WhatsApp. No shirts, no refund, customer blocked. This is what they do to customers. Now I understand why they don't have COD option. Totally fraud. Don't ever order from them. I sent a mail to their customer support marking consumer court in cc.. and that's when they refunded my money - today..

To anyone who gets scammed by Punjabi Adda, Don't give up.. show them the power of a consumer and these frauds will run after you to return your money.

I bought 2 tshirts from Punjabi adda, I dont like color of one tshirt I called their customer support and they not only solve my query but exchnage my product as well. Punjabi Adda truly stands out with their exceptional customer support, making them one of the best in the e-commerce industry.

I ordered online and got the order sent to my friend in India, who brought my order to New Zealand. I am very happy with the quality of the garments, as well as the printing and even the fit! Everything is amazing and I'm so proud to wear these around. I will surely buy from them again! Their customer service is great and they were very helpful when I had any query's regarding delivery. Also grateful for the extra tshirt 😊👌🏽 Thank you so much!

Worst website ever, I ordered a t shirt but I never received it… We called an employee from the number given in the website. She said we missed our order (18 aug) but two days later after she told us to wait she said that on 18 aug it was delivered and someone signed and got the shirt. We asked who signed it and got it but she said that our order name signed it. We didn’t get the shirt and our order number disappeared. Worst experience never buy from Punjabi Adda they are frauds!!!!

Worst store. Please beware. Third class product & service. Please read their exchange & refund policy before buying.

I found some unique designed t shirt which i never see any where before and good quality of clothes as well.
