I received a case that was not for the model that I ordered. I attempted to get a refund since they sent the wrong case and they wanted me to pay return shipping that was more than the case was worth. After the initial contact, they stopped responding. I had to do a charge back with my credit card company.

PunkCase took my money and didn't send me the product I ordered. It has been months now of fighting with them. They won't refund my money or send me the phone case. 100 emails asking for either the case or my money. They have an excuse every time I contact them. Buyer beware of this business!! Worst and most dishonest company I've ever done business with.

I ordered a case on January 23rd and her it is April and I still have not recieved it and nothing but crickets when you try to contact them. This site is a scam and the site shopify who actually takes your money is no better

This case is truly a work of art with its levels of protection for my phone. The only drawback is its hard to hear when talking on the phone through the case. I use ear buds and headphones to be heard clearly. I have an Galaxy S26 Ultra

I brought two phones cases and don't receive them as yet I ask for my refund and they won't send back my money

Ordered and i received nothing. Was emailed back saying the product is great and they could give me some percent off if i kept the order. They haven't send any of my orders. I used to love this small business but seeing how they choose when to send your orders and when not to...it is a total SCAMM!
Aside from that...left a review on their page and they only accept and post positive reviews...that says it ALL.

I come with receipts.I placed an order february 14th 2026 then, I was told by them that my order was lost. In transit, they would ship another one out.It's now march 24th 2026 and I explained to them, i'm just going to dispute it with my bank.Now, because there's no reason why I don't have a case for my phone yet.And yet, I paid for expedited shipping on top of that. So far no refund. NO PHONE CASE it's like playing the lottery, whether you're going to get your case or not.

Use caution. If the case actually shows up It's a great case. Eventually mine got a breach in it, so I ordered another. After 3 months I contacted them via email and they said it would ship in about two weeks. I contacted them again a month later for an update, with a reciept and order number, and they basically goasted me. Package tracking claims it never left the facility. Its been 4+ months, communication is at zero, and im out 60$. I don't think I'll be receiving a refund or a phone case. I give 2 stars for my first case, but deduct 3 for company integrity.

Absolute shambles of a company. They don’t deserve to stay in business. Product not shipped, non-committal responses (if at all) on a refund. Ghosting me now that I’ve requested a refund yet again. Incompetent at best, dishonest at worst. Do not attempt to do business with this company.

Sold me a color they didn't have in stock, so decided to send a different color without my approval hoping I would keep it because they offer a 20% discount. I refuse and wanted to send it back for a refund but they are refusing to pay return postage for their mistake. They are now ignoring me, hoping I will give up or the 30 day return policy expire. I not going nowhere, I will get my money back from these scumbags.
I am not the only person they have done this too, business my be bad if they are dishonest to customers.
Absolute parasites

Warning do not buy anything from this company. After 17 weeks I still have not received my phone case. I have emailed them several times that I want to cancel my order and get my money back, but they barely respond and refuse to refund the money.
Avoid this company because they are scammers and only want money.

Ordered a case in early December. Paid the extra for 3-4 day express delivery
The case never arrived. Have sent multiple emails trying to find out what's happening. At first they told me the case wasn't in stock (even though their website showed it was). I asked for a refund on the extra I paid for express delivery which they did. Ever since then the emails have been clearly auto generated. Been chasing a total refund for the past month but nothing.
Honestly this company used to be really good. Their products are top quality but their customer service is without doubt the worst I have ever dealt with.
Still chasing refund, next stop consumer affairs.

This company did not have the phone case that I ordered and instead shipped me the black phone case instead of the neon (yellow phone case that I wanted)!!! Never could get a Representative on the phone to discuss the problem with the wrong phone case that they shipped to me!!! Very unprofessional company and would not do business with this company ever again!!!

These cases suck, break at the bottom cheap plastic, the screen proectors are also cheap plastic crap, not waterproof, at all..would mot recomend them. I have had 2 of them , finally went to casebus.

Placed an order 1 month ago for two items. Got my delivery and when I opened it, only one item and nothing I ordered. Had to email twice to get a response trying to figure out what happened. Was told one item I ordered was on back order and silence on the second item. Email again. Two more times. Order canceled, money refunded. No communication from Punkcase. Will never order from them again. Buyer beware.
