Very good, very responsive. The only sad thing is sometimes the stock on their website isn't fully updated which can lead to a touch of disappointment, but they do a good job making it better.

Also the clothes are badass, like 'nuff said. You wanna look and feel awesome?

Oh! For sizing, very accurate to the size chart over all, just keep in mind that dimensions not mentioned might run smaller than your assumptions. For example, i got some leggings that fit accurately in the dimensions listed(hip and waist), but my thighs are a bit thick meaning getting them on is a bit of a careful maneuver.
So as long as you understand your bodyshape and where it deviates proportionately to the models on the website, you'll get a good fit. I'm a size 2-3 in american jeans, and medium on punk rave fit pretty well beyond the legging issue. As for tops, I'm thin with a large bust, and the shirts all fit really well in size medium.

I have been ordering from punk rave for almost three years and have always loved the clothes once I had them.
They are exactly as described and as picture perfect as in the photos on the website :)

I have had only once a problem with a garment and the costumer service is always very kind and quick to answer and act :)

I would totally recommend if you like this kind of style and I have already recommended to some of my friends :)

I get my order after 6 days with a tracking number. Based on my previous experience with Punkrave.ch I had to look attentively to the size chart to make sure it fits me well. Never had any problem with this website. Totally legit!

Really love their clothing. Got a few harnesses and a pair of pants.
I bought those pants in the wrong size (Whoops). Because they were chaning their return desk they asked me to keep the pants for a while before I return them. I did but they forgot about getting their pants back. After a year I messaged them and asked if they forgot about the pants. I got told to keep them and give them to someone in need. Really awesome and nice people. :)

Good products and timely service. I bought two dresses here.

I ordered a shirt and it was too big, unfortunately. So I wanted to send it back, which never was a problem before, but at this time the covid-19 situation happened and so I had to wait a bit. The situation got cleared with me, getting my money back and I got to keep my item. The service and customer support was always outstanding.

I placed a order with these guys because I love the punk rave brand. They tell you right on their site that your items will ship from Hong Kong. I already own some pieces from the brand,and it is top quality. You should definitely order a size or 2 larger,as these are Asian sizing. Anyway,I place the order and the items arrived to me in the USA 4 days after placing the order. They are trustworthy,and don't deserve some of these rotten reviews..sometimes I'm curious if other people choose normal snail mail ship when ordering overseas?...I always pay the extra for the expedited shipping. It gets through customs much faster. Normal mail...don't expect anything for 2-3 months..rant over!

Nonexistent customer service. I had to wait for 2 months until my order was delivered. That's because all Items are shipped from China!!! Not from Europe (as I believed), but this shop has .ch extension, I mistakingly thought that the company is located in Switzerland- but it is only website registration, apparently, this company has nothing to do with Switzerland's renowned service and punctuality. The company is actually registered in Hongkong. I find this misleading. I would recommend avoiding this company, as they are only resellers, so it is better to choose some other resellers of PunkRave and believe me, there are plenty! Just do some research, and make sure you read the legal information at the bottom of the site each time you order. Legal and Europe based companies will have all the details, along with VAT registration numbers and legal address with company registration numbers, not just some address in Hongkong, also they will provide email and phone number. I wouls have put 0 stars if that would be possible!

I’ve bought twice from punkrave.ch and frankly it has been a game of Russian roulette and a bag of nerves especially after reading a lot of horror reviews from others.

I’m considered lucky as I’ve always received my order and in the correct size. However I have to say that the service emails (staff@punkrave) are virtually non existent I.E don’t expect any responses at all. It becomes incredibly frustrating when they proclaim so proudly on their site that support is 24/7 and that they’ll ship out your items within 48-72 hours. I would honestly say give it a week from the day you order to the day it’s actually shipped out from their Hong Kong warehouse - this includes a lot of daily emails / messages to their site and email asking for an update and if your item has already been shipped. Regardless whether you choose express or normal delivery - don’t expect any responses and generally one whole week is a typical timeline. If they ever respond to you, consider it a blessing - you’re a lucky one.

I almost called my credit card company to cancel and dispute the charge when they refuse to reply to my messages about my item before I finally received an email saying my item has been shipped. Seriously. like after 2 weeks?

Corona/covid virus or not, the least you could do is to answer messages from your customers or put it on your website that shipping is delayed because of whatever reasons.

I don’t know if PunkRaveStore and PunkRave.Ch is the same company but frankly if you want a peace of mind when ordering, order from some other third party clothing sites like Beserk AU that stocks Punk Rave stuff. Least their customer service replies to you within 24 hours and ships out within the promised timeline.

TL;DR - order with caution from PunkRave, expect delayed shipping and no response from customer service, call your credit card company and file a dispute if they don’t ship out within 14 days.

Bought two items close to Christmas. Received the wrong item, and the other didn't exactly match the photo. Proceeded to return, and was only partial refunded.

I don't have the items any longer, but they refuse to refund all the money owed. This is robbery.
It was their mistake to send the wrong items in the first place. The company should take responsibility for the returns, but specially for their own mistakes.

I won't buy anything more from this company. Worse of all, they said to me, they are honest! Scammers!!!

For me PunkRave is the best shop in the world. I support 100% this amazing brand.
With many many purchases in this Swiss shop (many different shops everywhere in Europa and as many other brands, clothes are made in China for the production costs more ) it never had mistakes or wrong things in every orders i received.
I swear it, 'am not sponsored by the brand but in my opinion, PunKRave fullty deserves the five stars i gave him.

Right after paying for my first order on Punkrave I Googled for reviews and nearly contacted my bank to stop the transaction while they can, because I have just made a huge mistake... And I'm glad I did decide not to do so!

Ordered the item with express delivery and it arrived just within four days from China to my European doorstep (I know, it was the delivers who did the job so quickly and it has nothing to do with Punkrave at all, but I thought this is worth mentioning). The express delivery was kind of free, since I used up one of the €30 vouchers, which you can find if you actually do check out the dropdown menu of your profile on their site. At a point it seemed possible that I will be forced by the Customs Control to pay an additional amount of money, but Punkrave just contacted me out of the blue to tell me that if it turns out I have to pay, then I should go on with paying the taxes and accepting the package, and they will offer me a full refund on that matter immediately. It was really a heart-warming moment to see that, like, wow, they actually do care for their customers and their packages. The package and the coat itself was smelling okayish (nowhere near the fishy smell others mentioned) and the material and size is just perfect!

Despite all the negative experiences you can read on this page about Punkrave.ch, I had a pretty pleasant one dealing with them! Maybe I was just the lucky first-timer, but based on my only experience I do recommend you to don't be afraid and give them a chance.

I think the clothing has excellent craftsmanship; and I appreciate the details.

I knew I’d be happy with my items...sometimes you can just tell. “The absolute control shorts” are my new favorite pair of shorts! I love when something draws me in, based on vibes alone.

The harness fits awesomely; and I’m happy with my overall package. Sizing may be a bit smaller, but if you look at the size chart; it’s actually pretty accurate.

Not to mention, it arrived before something I had ordered from another website within the same region; and I ordered it a week ago.

Overall ...I’m happy with this purchase! :3

The military style is my absolute favorite, and I feel like “Punk Rave” executes the design, more than most companies ever could. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I bought from punkravestore.com a large amount of clothing (about 8 items) and you do need to very carefully check the size chart and measurements for every item, since even their sizes vary between styles. I received great customer service with some order changes before shipping, and then once it was sent out it arrived in just a few days to Oregon from Hong Kong. which is pretty fast.
Everything is amazing! I am so impressed with their clothing quality, each item is worth at least what you pay for it and you can't find this kind of neat style and detail anywhere else. I will say that everything I have bought from this brand (even through other retailers) smells horrible when you first open it from the bag - and it takes about a week for the chemical-fish-formaldehyde(??) smell to go away before I can wear it without getting a headache. once it's gone though, the dresses and skirts are so flattering that I have gotten a lot of compliments! I feel like these clothes will last for a long time to come. I love this brand!

I ordered a vest and had a look on the measurements and so i ordered in 3xl - normaly I wear l. The vest fits (next time 2xl) and it took about 2 weeks to arrive in Germany ( Iordered on 28th December- so it was "between the days" - and it was delivered on 9th January). The orderstatus did not change till 4th January and so I thought that I was scammed and after I read the comments on this page, I thought that I will never get anything but I was happily wrong. Thats the reason why I wrote this comment. Punkrave is asian but thats not a hidden secret and when you look at the measurments table you can choose the right size.

I ordered in January 2017. Now it's Novembre 2018 and almost 2 years after, nothing has arrived. I am in contact with the manager and even she says that I will probably never get the items I ordered or the money or anything else.

This is my first time I’m making purchases from punkrave and it’s the most terrible costumer services and unreliable company ever so far ! They charge you with lot of money plus tax and express delivery but they don’t sent with express delivery instead it’s economy ! You don’t get answer you need but they just answer politically ! No phone number to call figures how many people they have scammed ! It has been 12 days I’m waiting for express delivery there are no information available on DHL! Shipping company is shocked about their information that they gave to me and poor costumer services had apologize over and over again even tho it has nothing to do with them ! I’m stoked by their attitude and non existent services and they mail and say please trust us we sell our products online since 2006! Don’t trust them or buy anything nor worthy for money or for your precious time and stress!
