Clothes came in wrong size, customer service does not respond to emails. No phone # provided for customer service.

Placed my order in February. After 2 months of tracking, I received a box with a fake ring in it. I ordered clothing. They said it was to be sure my address was correct. WHAT??? So they resent items April 1. Still nothing as of 5/2. So, order tracking finally said delivered on 5/6 . NOTHING was delivered. They use their own courier so you cannot follow up on it. I emailed them. They will not give me a refund.

Buyer beware. The website Punktrendy.com is NOT a legitimate site. Although I DID receive my product(s) I have emailed them twice (no response) & tried calling the 852-919-5559 customer service line (disconnected)

Do not order. I got 4 t-shirts a size bigger but it’s too small. I tried returning but customer service was no help. Please read reviews!

Took a chance and ordered 9 size (2X) old fashion patterned button down bowling shirts at $13 each. Must say my experience was pretty good so far. Shipping was fairly quick and the quality appears to be better than average. Items received looks exactly like the advertised picture and the 2X size is true to size. Would have given 5 stars but have to wait and see how they actually hold up after wearing and washing.

ordered 2 t-shirts, both sizes not as described, no response from customer service, no exchange possible, never again...

Avoid this site, what you see on photos is definitely not what you will receive.
Cheap quality material and weird colours. Totally different from advertise

I am sorry I ordered my items before I read these reviews. I ordered some spots T shirts and shorts for $107 in total for 2 weeks ago. I received the confirmation from the company but I didn’t receive my items yet. I emailed three times but no response, very poor customer service and no trustworthy company. Please don’t make the same mistake.

I'm sorry that I did not read these reviews before I ordered my jacket. Like others posted here - it is too small. I normally wear a M in Men's jacket but I ordered an XL thinking it would be plenty of room to go over winter clothes - but NO. It is too small. Customer service is horrible and they refuse to take the product back. I don't need a coupon for 40% off another order as I will never order from this company again! I am reporting them to the BBB and will post bad reviews wherever I can.

I am very disappointed with my PunkTrendy experience. I bought a jacket because they offered a full refund if not satisified but they will not honor it. The jacket is undersized and mislabeled. When I notified the company of the problem they would not honor their guarantee.

Ordered a jacket which did come. However it's too small. It says FULL REFUND WITHIN 30 days. Well guess what- when I requested to return it they said to keep it but take 40% off next purchase. No thank you.
So the Full Refund within 30 days is a joke. So I am stuck with the jacket. The jacket would be ok if it fit but it does not. So worthless.

Website seems extremely suspicious. I called the customer service phone number and the call could not be completed. It also shows in refunds/returns that you'd have to pay shipping to return it and they aren't responsible for any damages, lost in transit or missing packages. I would stay away from this site.
