super cool earrings, and they feel really high quality! package went missing after delivery before I received it but customer support went out of their way to reship it for me and were kind about it! definitely keeping this customer

I had been looking forward to ordering from here for so long. The earings i got were beautiful and i was so happy with them. I had an issue with one of the latches for the earing and another was lost after one day of use and i contacted their customer services for some support and they came back to me the same day with a solution. They were super quick and helpful and sent out a replacement to me straight away. Very happy with the communication with them and how quickly they helped resolve the situation.

I bought three pairs of earrings and one necklace. Unfortunately one of the earrings had some troubles with the hinge, so I reached out to customer service and after sending in one video of the issue they gave me a free replacement. The shipping is a little long but i really like the products and im happy my issue was resolved quickly. :)

I ordered the wrong size tunnels by mistake. I reached for either an exchange or a return & they got back to me so fast! They even sent me the correct size free of charge & I didn’t have to return the tunnels 🥹🩷 the person I was emailing was so kind as well! I will definitely be back to make more purchases. I am very happy with my experience!

First order with the brand and will be ordering again!! I did have a rocky start with receiving my items due to the delivery company used miss placing the original order. Punk Youth where so quick to replace the items and where delivered pretty quickly without incident.

I ordered jewelry worth over 100€ and did not expect such good quality to be honest. The clasps of each and every earring/hoop is sturdy, the materials are shiny, the packaging is awesome and the prices are really good. You can buy there without any doubt in your mind. ordered multiple already, jewellry has great quality and doesnt discolor even after months of usage. haven't been exactly careful either.

I've purchased many pieces from them and they have all been great. Recently had to return a few things. The customer service team responded quickly and even continued emails throughout the weekend. They've set up an exchange and I'm excited to get the new items sent.

I really love the earrings I bought from Punk Youth. They look great, are reasonably priced, the weight is perfect and the packaging is lovely. However, one of the earrings broke and the website says there is a complimentary one-year warranty on this product so I sent an email with a photo. One week later I had received no response so sent another email. Another week has gone by and still nothing. I'm so disappointed by this as I was very happy about my experience with this company in every other way. The products are fabulous but I would say it's not worth putting any faith in the warranty!

Update...Punk Youth got in contact after seeing this review and sent me a new pair of earrings. I am very happy with the response and have adjusted my star rating accordingly.

I ordered once from here before and my order was perfect, after ordering from them a second time I waited 2 weeks for my order to arrive without any updates being given. After emailing them about my missing order they informed me that I was never going to receive this order as the item i had chosen had been discontinued, which i had not been informed of by them within the 2 weeks i had been waiting for my order. They were seemingly not going to inform me that the order I payed for was never going to arrive however after questioning it they did give me a refund

Really lovely jewellery, unfortunately one of the segment rings in my ring stack had a faulty hinge but customer services were great and immediately organised a replacement set. Really pleased thank you!
