My Disappointing Experience with Punt.com:
I was a very loyal player at punt.com, having played through over $821,000 in just one year. As a high-volume player, I had VIP status with weekly bonuses and rakeback. Recently, the casino changed its policy, and despite my significant play, I was no longer eligible for these perks. When I contacted their customer service for an explanation, I was met with an unprofessional and dismissive response: "delete your account if you don't like it." This kind of behavior shows a complete lack of respect for loyal customers and demonstrates that they simply don't care about their players.
My Outstanding Experience with Speedsweeps.com:
In contrast, my experience with Speedsweeps has been nothing short of amazing. Their customer service is responsive, fair, and truly a step above the competition. Usually I love punt. However I haven't been able to reach or get a response from customer service when I had a redemption fail and I need my winnings added back to my account. Even though the sites says live help 24/7. No response from live chat or email and number listed stated number isn't a working number.

They dont pay, their support is rude and unhelpful and unresponsive, and their overall model is greedy and rancid. And now they make the business killing choice of reducing their daily to ten friggen cents. TEN CENTS! LMAO! Have fun having literally nobody come to your garbage website anymore. Nice fake reviews too. Shocking trustpilot allows that..but as long as you pay them to be able to remove bad reviews and they've therefore proven their platform is dishonest junk, i suppose its not surprising. Your owner is delusional if he thinks anybody will play at your site anymore when there are LITERALLY hundreds of superior alternatives who arent infamous internet wide for not paying out, and now this. Lowered daily bonuses won't be back till they change back, no one is going to log in daily for a week to get $1 .. I Couldn't even win rarely when it was .30 a day for three days then .50 the. $1 for three days now they only want to give a dollar in a week of logging in So there is virtually no possibility of reclaiming any losses here if there sister site chanced does the same thing won't be playing there either

Punt is by far the worst online casino I’ve ever played on. I never even made it to 50sc, and every time I got close to a bonus the game reset and the bonus disappeared. The RTP is absolutely terrible, the playthrough is disgusting. This site feels like it’s robbing people and should honestly be banned. Total waste of money and time—stay away from Punt. After a year of playing, no commission has been unlocked for my referrals. Only slots count toward your "vip" progression. So if you play live games, you do not rank up, on top of that a 3x wager and live games don't count is sick, ensuring the house edge is high considering you have to play 3x your deposit on slots to cash out. The $100 minimum withdrawal isn't bad with the instant referral, but the vip benefits is awful, and it's just another rigged site. Go to stake.
