This is one very satisfied customer!! The whole shopping experience from your website was like a light breeze! The website was very user friendly from finding the right product to final purchase! The package arrived in time and the boots looks great! The color, the model and the leader are just right what I was looking for! I also have to mention that the custom fee was very acceptable considering that the boots are coming from Italy! I also have to mention the nice gesture with a personally signed card in the box saying Thank you!! All in all very satisfied with my recent purchase! Definitely recommend!! Grazie!!

Pants very beautiful but much to long and to big, I try to return it but PuntoVela do not provide a return label, the post office in NY charges 200 to sent it, pant were 260
It doesn’t make sense, so I can’t use the pants and I can’t return it.
Not a good honest business from PuntoVela, will never order from them again

We don't use to offer the return label as a service. Everything is written in our return policy. I'm sorry that you didn't read our policy returns on the website but we never had any problems related to this with our customers, because as I told you is clearly reported on the website.
