I ordered a tee shirt for boyfriend’s birthday with plenty of time for it to come as we were going away for three weeks. It never arrived before we went so spoke to Jo at Punx by email no response. Arrived home and tee shirt had arrived I packaged it up and returned item paying for postage myself. I still haven’t received refund even though I have emailed twice and sent copy of proof of posting. They just don’t respond to emails !!!
