Zamówienie nie zostało zrealizowane, pieniądze nie zostały zwrócone

Firma nie zrealizowała zamówienia, ale nie zwraca przedpłaty za towar. Niekończące się obietnice przez kilka tygodni, ale pieniądze po prostu nie są zwracane.

I ordered a few times, and I had a problem with my last order. The company failed to send me one of tne items and removed it from the order. However they did not return pre-paid price of the item!

First they wrote themselves they will refund. Then nothing happend an on reminder they asked for bank account for the refund. Then nothing happenned again and after a few weeks they just decided to not refund and do nothing.
