I typically do a lot of research before I buy anything, especially for my dog, Cooper. BarkBox is the name that comes to mind when you think of a dog getting a package in the mail, but does that really mean they are the best for your dog? Absolutely not.
After researching several dog boxes, I decided to choose Pupjoy. Cooper and I have impressed with every box, every purchase, and every customer service email and phone call. What I love most about Pupjoy is the time and effort they take to get your dog's box just right. It's completely customizable, and if your dog doesn't like what he or she received, they will send you a replacement toy and all you have to do is donate the original toy. Cooper received a toy that he wanted nothing to do with, so I emailed into customer service to get a replacement. Pupjoy's owner responded immediately and gave me his personal phone number to discuss what toys would be best for Cooper. Cooper just received his 3rd box in the mail today and he has not put down his new toy yet (its been 12 hours). Pupjoy is worth the extra few dollars over BarkBark to get the excellent service and quality treats and toys your dog deserves.

We have had several monthly subscription crates for oour pet now over the past year and PupJoy has, hands down, turned out to be the best of all of them. You get more for the price then other crates and the quality and amounts are just fantastic. The items are well chosen and have really given us great stuff. The toys and treats have really pleased my puppy so much that she recognizes the box when it comes in the door! We actually save money with PupJoy because we get such a nice box from them that we cancelled another box we were getting that was only giving small sample packs and toys that were not very exciting!

My dog has loved just about everything that has been delivered and I love the fact that I can tailor my subscription. I've mainly focused on treats and toys. The treats are high quality that you don't see in every pet store on the corner and I like the fact that they are natural and appear to be healthy. Toys are appropriately sized and fun, providing hours of playtime for my dog. The convenience of delivery to my office is a huge plus. I've given several of these subscriptions as gifts and everyone seems to love them. I highly recommend!

I received a Pupjoy subscription as a gift, and a fantastic gift it was! I have three small dogs and was able to personalize the subscription to fit the dogs personalities, select an organic option which allowed me to receive all natural and organic dog treats and soap and some indestructible toys! Customer service was phenomenal with assisting me in using the subscription and answering all of my questions. I was extremely happy to see that most/all of the dog treats and soap were made in America.
I would highly recommend this company to those whom are looking for quality products, great customer service and supporting the goal of investing in small businesses throughout our great country!

We love PupJoy! We started out with treats/toys/accessories boxes and everything was very high quality! Our dog is SO picky (he literally spits out everything - even ham/hot dogs/cheese), so we switched to toys/accessories only. Every month whatever toys he gets become his favorites. We have only had one toy in 6 months that he destroyed - the other plush toys have been extremely durable! We got a great leash once by the brand bait free and it is my favorite leash to use. This month we got shampoo - it smells great but we haven't tried it yet. Can't wait to try it. We love PupJoy and recommend it to anyone with a dog looking for new treats or toys!

Every month my dog, Coco, knows when his box arrives in the mail. Maybe he remembers what it looks like. Maybe it smells of doggie yumminess. I don't know, but even the mailman gets a smile from Coco's enthusiasm when he sees his box mixed amongst other packages.
Coco hasn't met a PupJoy treat he hasn't wanted to devour or a toy that didn't capture his playful attention. His favorite has been a ball made of all recycled tires. I'm not sure that Coco cares about the recycling part (his mom does)...but the ball evidently bounces perfectly and squeaks just like he likes it.
As a fur baby mom, PupJoy makes me feel good about the quality of treats and toys I give to Coco. Additionally, I love that they support small, local companies. PupJoy delivery day is a great day around here!

Flexible subscriptions. Quality dog toys unlike many of the monthly dog subscriptions. My dog has a protein intolerance and I was able to customize her box based on her needs.

They were great and my pup loves the treats and toys. Really nice customer service too!
