I called numerous times to insure that…


I called numerous times to insure that my PayPal was used and not my bank account. I tried to cancel order and try to have correcto payment issued but was assured that PayPal was authorized and not my banking information. Puplabs refused to cancel order and said that I had to wait to receive product, return product, and then order could be refunded and the repurchased . I insisted on keeping product because I wanted to purchase it, I just needed the CORRECT method of to be charge. Puplabs said that I had to pay return shipping and handling if I wanted a full refund or the alternative is a issue gift card issued to me for Puplabs products or discounted product. Why should I pay for cost of return product when the same product is to mailed out to me. Puplabs I am very disappointed in how my order was processed and in how no associate, not even the specialist on duty, could not assist in a quick solution but made if difficult to cancel, and now I have to pay the cost for something I tried to avoid. I am going to pay for the return cost but no longer wish to use product or conduct business with Puplabs in the future, seeing in how much of an issue first order was.
Also marketing on Instagram and website are very misleading. They didn’t even issue free gift with purchases until I called in because order didn’t indicate free product. Also had to cancel subscription when I made a single purchase for discounted offer and was enrolled by Puplabs in subscription program. Bad business. I screenshot the offer because offer seemed to good to be true and as it was.
Now I’m waiting for just Puplabs to issue return instructions and see how much the cost of returning shipping cost is. Ughhh…

Very hopeful that the teeth cleaning powder

Pup lab has made me feel very cared for with a responsive staff and company outreach to brief me on use of the teeth cleaning powder ProDenta. However during that conversation I was encouraged to add another product to our mealtime routine. I ended up with two bags of the second product for gut health, something we were already taking care of. I contacted Pup Labs and today a representative called to tell me that she would replace the gut health product with an additional 2 bags of ProDenta free of charge. It’s only been a few days of using the ProDenta so I can’t speak to the effectiveness of the teeth powder yet. My 12 year old golden doodle had to have his teeth cleaned at 2 years old and again at 6 or 7. The vet was again recommending a cleaning but I hate the thought of putting my dog under anesthesia at this point in his life. So I’m hopeful about ProDenta…he eats it and it smells pleasant and it’s way better than the alternative!

I appreciated a follow-up call which was very friendly and informative. I am hoping the product will perform as advertised because our 8 yr old Maltese has horrible breath with poor teeth quality and is a very picky eater.

Pup Labs auto ships my dogs…

Pup Labs auto ships my dogs supplements. I like both products Dr Randy Aronson recommended. Dog Tooth Powder and Tummy Essentials. All dogs will have dog breath but ours is not as bad due to this wonderful natural product. He has minimum tartar build up since we’ve been using it. When we adopted him last April he had tartar on his teeth, now it’s gone. He eats healthy food and I give him Tummy Essentials so he never has gastrointestinal problems. I love the Pup Labs products and I have known Dr Aronson since he opened a clinic in Green Valley which is the Animal Care Center now. If I lived in Tucson he would be our vet! Thank you for such great products Dr A.

3 months on product no change in health

Pet has been on the product for 3 months and still don't see any change..

Also I required to end subscription and I keep getting billed for it getting billed for transactions that are not approved NOT OK

They send a great product.
I didn't know I subscribed to a bottle every month. This is a wonderful product but I have this little ity bity dog.
I did give one bottle away because I love the product. My dog loves the product

I'm so happy that I switched to PUP LABS!!
