Terrible - PLEASE REFRAIN FROM BUYING.
I bought a game for my kitten that arrived incomplete, and they made me sent a video to prove it was incomplete for a refund… it has been 5 months and still exchanging emails on a WEEKLY basis where they said they are waiting for resolution on the case… SCAM ALERT!!!!!

They charged me 39.90 a month for pet insurance I didn’t sign up for. I discovered it five months later and had my Mastercard get my money back. It was fraud. I did not sign up for or authorize it. 200 dollars was taken without my consent and my nail clippers are junk.

My experience has unfortunately been the same as a lot of other reviews here. I placed an order for a nail clipper back in September. A month later, I was charged for the purchase again. When I reached out about it, they said that I had signed up for some subscription. When I said I did not, they said they’d process a refund. For four months now, they’ve been telling me the refund is being “escalated” and “processed” and nothing has ever happened. They stole $39.90 from me and as it seems, many others. Do NOT trust or order from them.

Please do not purchase anything from this company it's a scam. Their Pet Odor Eliminator Spray is not working as they advertised, worst of all they have charged me the 24/7 Veterinary Emergency & General Support which I didn't even subscribed! They don't even give a refund and their reason is the amount has already been successfully billed and, as per our policy, is not eligible for a refund, what a reason! please do not purchase any products from this company again.

These people are scammers. If you buy nail clippers from them they add you to an unwanted subscription and charge you $60 AUD. Never deal with these people!

I bought tear stain product and 5 days later they take another amount of money where I see thry charge me for a 24/7 vet help, Which I NEVER SIGNED UP FOR !!!

They charge you for a vet subscription and make it very difficult to cancel. I had no idea I needed to cancel something I did not sign up for.

This company is running a scam. You buy one thing and they continue to charge your account for a subscription to vet care you did not sign up for at 39.90. Requested refund and now getting the run around. Do not buy from this so called company. Buyer beware!

It's a scam. Ordered their product 2 months ago and it didn't come. Also they made you subscribe to a stupid online vet at $40/month without letting you know when you check out your cart. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM!

Scammers brought nail clippers only to find out three months later they were charging an emergency vet subscription. What made it so bad was the fact I had no idea I love in Australia and was paying in US dollars a vet subscription.

On the 31st of October 2025 I purchased a pair of nail clippers , then with out my authorisation PUPNOURISH took out of my bank account another fee , I only found out when I checked my bank account , I then contacted them and have been getting the run around BULL SHIT STORIES for the last 3 mths , PUPNOURISH are complete BUNCH OF SCAMMERS and should be put out if business by authorities !!🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

If u buy something once and dont even choose subscription it takes ur money without ur choice and emails u that u apparently bought "24/7 Veterinary Emergency & General Support × 1" subscription and its $39.90

Unfortunately I did not look up trustpilot before i bought nail clippers from this company!
The product arrived, but the LED light is not as strong as they came, and as others say, they automatically start you on a subscription on a "27/7 emergency Veterinary services". Now I have an education as a zoo keeper, I think I can take care of my dog, and if I wanted a 24/7 vet subscription, I would not make it with some random online store.
I also noticed that the email they provide for contacting them is a Gmail, and not a business mail address. And they have not replied to my complaint after 1 week.

Furthermore I can't find anywhere on their website, where I can cancel my profile! I looked through their terms and conditions, I can't find anything about cancelling profiles, though it does say "there might be wrong information on our website, and we are not liable for that"

This is a bad business, and I hope others will look up trustpilot before they buy from them.

Bought Clippers and was unknowingly subscribed to a pet insurance policy without my knowledge and charging my credit card. They ‘referred’ my compliant to their ‘billing team’ back in October after I said I wanted the money refunded. Three months later, I am still being told it is with the billing team!

DO NOT buy from this company. I bought nail clippers for my daughter dog, only to discover they were charging my card monthy for "24/7 veterinary care" when i dont own an animal. I had to cancel my card as there was no way to inquire about the issue through the site. Voicemail has a woman's voice...not a business voicemail. BEWARE!!!

Bought the nail clippers/grinder specifically for the led light and the claim that it can show the quick on black nails. It is completely false advertising. Would not recommend this product or this company.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! They will charge you for extra add-ons that say “free” when you checkout. And they will not warn you about any other charges apart from the nail trimmer

NO items ever delivered and credit card charged multiple times, card company now refunding. Do not buy from this scam website/merchant

As others have stated, this company is conducting fraudulent business and attempting to get people to pay for a monthly service and then charges to try to cancel that subscription. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
