I made 2 purchases from this company and both times majority of the clothing did not fit my dog and they refused to even respond to my inquiries. I still have them and it was a waste of money!!! Terrible customer service, not worth it!!!

Item fits terribly on my dog (to the point of being unusable), even though I measured and used the sizing chart provided. Shipping was slow, and construction quality is poorer than I expected. I really wanted to like this item, but would not purchase again.

The product arrived just and is high quality unfortunately only one of the 6 sweaters I ordered fit my dog, I made several attempts to reach Puppy protection to exchange them for a larger size; no return. Wasted $$. The phone number is out of service and no one responds to the emails or customer support form.

This was a complete waste of money. I measured my dog properly and it was too big. So I looked at the return policy, saw the ridiculousness of it and decided to just take the loss.
You want me to SEND A PHOTO OF MY DOG WEARING IT? You'll decide if you'll refund me AFTER you receive it? Will you send it back to me if you decide I shouldn't get the refund, so I can donate it to a rescue org?
It's just one stupid rule after another that makes it as difficult as possible to make the return.
Then they state this:

I do not like it at all I emailed several times trying to get a refund and a return slip because I ordered a 3xl not knowing that I needed a much larger size for our dog we have a 100lb silver lab and we thought a 3xl would fit her and it does not you have a return policy and you do not stand on that return policy I will never order from this company again and will not send anyone to this company for anything. This was money wasted I wouldn’t even give y’all a 1 star honestly

I reached out multiple times to return items and you did not answer me. I had to send it to my credit card company to dispute it. Very dissapointed.

THIS COMPANY IS SCAM! I WORK HARD FOR THEM. PLEASE DON'T BUY PRODUCTS! THE OWNER'S NAME IS RAFAEL TURGEMAN! HE LIVES IN ISRAEL. HE PROMISED ME AND OTHER EMPLOYEES TO PAY AFTER 24 HOURS WHEN WE ASK FOR THE SALARY. THE NEXT DAY HE REMOVES ALL OF HIS EMPLOYEES AND BLOCK US. I WILL NOT STOP UNLESS THIS SCAMMER PAY ME!

I would give this website 0 if I could- I measured my dog correctly--this thing two almost 2 weeks to come and it's somehow too small for him! I try to go back to website to get a refund and return and the website isn't working! I should've done more research about this website but learned my lesson. Now listen: don't trust and DO NOT BUY.

I ordered 2XL and I had to gift the jacket to my niece for her weenie dog. Jacket was too small for my Doberman.

I have reached out repeatedly to get a larger size or a refund and a week later and I am still waiting. I had to reach out to PayPal for assistance. Waiting to see what happens.

I was surprised at the quick shipping. I was a bit concerned at first because the initial tracking info was for the shipping the product was undergoing in Asia before getting to the US. I was not able to see when it would arrive here but it came quick enough that I wasn’t ever concerned.

The sweater was of the medium-quality I anticipated at this price point. I did like the ability to select from at least a dozen different sizes based on multiple measurements I took of my pet.

I will advise anyone that when they place their order, if you are “on the fence” about whether or not to order the next size larger, I would order the next size larger. My female Doberman needed just a bit more length to span distance between front and back legs, so it’s a little snug. It’ll keep her warm in a drafty house or on a cooler but not windy day.

Don’t expect this to do much of anything if your wanting a smaller/short haired dog to be comfy in less than 55degree F temp

Size ordered is for a pony. Crazy big.

If I could give a zero I would immediately 5 minutes after I ordered the product I contact customer service all telephone numbers are disconnected sent an email no communication back paid for 3 to 7 day shipping took almost 3 weeks International return shipping this company should be put out of business Google allows this to go on

Do NOT buy anything from this company! Like others have reported, they falsely advertise their sizes and do not offer proper reconciliation. For reference, the product I ordered was their dog face zippered fleece, which was huge in the torso and legs but snug in the girth. I measured my dog multiple times and ordered according to their size chart and still had this issue. The company suggests you spend money again to buy more of their product to try a different size OR that you pay more than what you paid for the item to ship the item back to China for a return on your own dime. It makes NO SENSE. Absolutely horrible customer service. I am hoping PayPal will help make this right given that this company is not offering anything reasonable.

The two items I ordered according to the website sizing chart were too small. I contacted the company and requested a refund. They said it was too expensive to ship back to them. Their resolution was to give me a 50% off my next purchase! This poor customer service and the inaccurate sizing make this company unworthy for future purchases.

Tight around my dogs arms and big in the tummy. Would be great if you excepted returns because now I'm stuck with two sweaters that don't fit.
