They are crooks. I ordered a bed in December, it still hasn't arrived and I've been writing to them requesting a refund and no reply. Stay well away.

Do not waste your money!! Ordered for a new puppy on 23rd November, puppy arriving following week, the bed did not arrive!! Contacted company to be told that there uk warehouse had problems and would be coming from abroad! Have received it today 3 weeks to late and its not worth the money at all, as its so late it is now to small, the free blanket??!! What a rip off, a tiny bit of fluffy material, will be destroyed in hours!

Ordered a bed plus a blanket over a month ago but still no sign. They have replied to emails with. standard reply saying my order is coming from suppliers abroad however, hence the delay but I am not hopeful. Do not waste your money! Instagram should ban companies with such poor results. Puppy arrives tomorrow so we have had to purchase something else and cannot cancel order as it is ‘in transit’ in a road to nowhere obviously. Disappointing.

Just ordered one, now im extremely concerned after reading all these negative reviews stating its a scam and people never received the bed and that theres no communication, ive instantly sent an email to cancel the order and get my refund straight after placing the order and seeing the reviews. I know most likely i wont get a response and all it will be is saying sorry they cant cancel and then ill be wasting weeks on a product that wont come or if it does, it will be terrible quality just like one of the other reviews states, order #7111

I bought a bed from this company for my dogs. It arrived today complete rubbish no padding dogs will be lying on the hard floor. Do no waste your money it will go straight in the bin not fit for purpose

Ordered online...... wish I'd seen these reviews first as I wouldn't of bothered! NO BED, NO COMMUNICATION, NO REPLY TO EMAILS AND D.M'S. DO NOT USE!!!! Awaiting paypal dispute for refund!

Absolutely disgraceful. Awful services no bed delivered but what I did get was an empty plastic packet from china. Avoid puppy creche it is a total scam. I have challenged this and will be getting my money back

This is a SCAM! I placed an order after seeing an advert on Instagram. The goods have not arrived and despite sending several emails and contacting them via DM on Instagram I have NOT received a reply.

my experience via same as all the reviews on here ordered weeks ago got email, bed is on its way via royal mail < royal mail do not have it with the tracking no. they gave me have sent emails back and forward asked for a refund or a replacement by courier, no reply. customer service? they do not have any. reported to fb as a scam, disgusting that this is allowed to go on.

Ordered a large charcoal bed on 13 September. No sign of it. The Royal Mail tracking number reveals that it is definitely not in the system.
In the meantime, I have had to buy a bed from a pet store for my puppy and I will be requesting a charge back on my credit card. Worst online purchase I have ever made.

Scam! Ordered a calming bed on 20/09/21 thinking I would be totally organised for my wee pup arriving 14/10/21 but nope, have emailed asking what the situation is with no reply and no bed has arrived. Good thing I got the same bed in TK Maxx for £16.99🙃 Definitely avoid!

I am convinced this is a scam. Their customer support is basically non-existent. I placed an order over 2 weeks ago. I received confirmation of my order placement, but not confirmation of dispatch. They say my order has been delayed due to issues with Royal Mail, but they won't actually respond when I ask them to track my order. I wish I'd read the reviews before buying.

Really impressed with this bed my dog absolutely loves it would highly recommend other dog owners to purchase one. It was packaged really well top.

Been trying to cancel my order since 5min after I made because I wanted to change the the size and colour and this has been going on for over 24hour now. They have not responded to a single email or Facebook messages, Instagram messages... I wish I had read these other reviews before I paid. I have now contacted PayPal to open a dispute. This is ridiculous.

Update: it's now been 3weeks since I cancelled the order. I haven't been refunded and only got a response 3 days ago from them saying that I didn't cancel in time, so I'm not eligible for a refund. When I responded with screen shots as proof I did actually respond within 5min they went back to not responding to my emails.

Update: I followed up their response via email, so have they related order details.
PS: still trying to get my refund.

Company is a scam. Placed an order well over two months ago. When I didn’t receive it they told me Royal Mail had lost it and so they would send another order. This was well over a month ago and again nothing received. E-mails back and forth and they have now stopped replying to me. £80 gone.
Do not use this company!!

Ordered anti anxiety bed, medium size, colour frost. Received confirmation email which stated colour, charcoal. Replied within 10mins via confirmation email (as stated for any queries/problems) that the wrong colour had been ordered and could they possibly change it to frost. Heard absolutely nothing from them, (even though they pride themselves on 24/7 customer service) until 5 days later, to which they replied, unfortunately my order has now been dispatched and can no longer be changed. Again I replied to the stated email address, absolutely nothing!! Did find it actually quite amazing though, that I left my grievance on one of their Facebook posts for said bed, had been deleted within 1 minute of me posting. Now I realise what the 24/7 customer service is all about, clearly somebody on hand to delete all honest reviews of this shambolic farce that calls itself a company. Trading standards will be getting involved if I do not receive a product that I am 100% happy with or more likely, that I dont actually receive the product.

Please please please DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT buy from this company!!

Charley loves her bed, she seems so happy and content in it and very relaxed.
The material is lovely, very easy to machine wash and really like the colour too.
She has outgrown hers so we have just ordered another size and can’t wait for it to come, great product! Highly recommend.
