I purchased Pups Dream anti barking…

My experience...
Delivery: It took weeks to arrive.
Collar: When I went to put it on my dog, it fell apart. The stitching was faulty, that held the clasp on.
Response from Pupsdream: Another collar (without anti barking device), again took weeks to arrive. YET AGAIN, IT WAS USELESS AS THE COLLAR COULD NOT BE ATTACHED TO THE BARKING DEVICE OR CLASP!! At least the original collar had some stitching.
Response from Pupsdream: Poxy credit note. When I complained again. They offered an increase in credit to 150% and refused to send a new complete collar. After more emails I eventually was Offered a reduced refund, if I donated the collar to charity and evidenced the donation.

Question: WHY would I buy from them again. Ridiculous!!

DON'T BOTHER BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS SHAMBLES OF A SET UP!!

No more muddy paw prints

Our lab is a mess when we get home from our frequent hikes. Every day, this cover keeps our couch safe. He seems to remain more composed while wearing it, and it dries quickly and is easy to wash. Although cooling mats are also excellent, this is currently the preferred option.

Do not trust this company at all!

Do not trust this company at all!
Waited 3 and a bit weeks for the items to arrive only to find some was missing, alongside the fact that the quality of the items does not match the price point (far less in quality than expected for the price)
No means of returning back to a so called UK Company - PUPS DREAMS does not exists in Leeds as a small family run business - cannot even find them in company house !!!
They are actually based on Hong Kong and is an out right scam and false representation of them selves.
1. They offered a voucher (150%) to use with their company = I refused
2. They offered a 50% refund and I keep the items = I refused
3. They finally stated that the only way I can get a full refund is if I donate the items to a charity get a "valid" receipt then they will "look into" refunding me... = I spent a couple of hours looking for charities near me that would accept these items, nearest charity was a 45 min drive which in the end said they cannot accept electrical items!
I have had to go down a charge back request using my credit card issuer as the only way this company can refund you full amount is if you donate to a charity which for the life if me I could not find one that would accept electrical items, and spent more time than needed trying to find one!
Thus as per our consumer rights act 2015 the company must make it easy for you to return the items within a set period, as this has not been adhered to my credit card company has refunded me the full amount.
STAY CLEAR FROM THIS COMPANY PLEASE

Dog bed not as described …

After waiting quite some time for my order of the calming dog bed to arrive i eagerly unpacked it only to find that once fully fluffed up it was lumpy, not just one or two lumps but basically all of it, I laid my head on it to try for myself, it's so uncomfortable and the clumps of filling make it something I would not spend £42 on and could find the same product here in the UK for much less, I was expecting something sumptuous and soft just as it was advertised to be, well its not, far from it actually and the no
quibble refund is not how the company deals with customers who want a refund, I was offered a credit note, and lucky me being a new customer was offered an extra 20% for my trouble, well i looked at their other items listed for sale and quickly saw that everything they are selling is available online from a well known shopping site at a fraction of the prices they are selling things for, it's just another business drop shipping, getting things dirt cheap and charging us, the gulable customers a premium price, I could set up a website and do exactly the same thing, anyone could, I'm sick of rip off merchants like this to be honest, and it is a disgusting way to make money from shoppers like myself looking for quality items for our pets, even pets at home have a similar dog bed, and if I had bought it there and wasn't happy I would receive a refund without question from them, we all need to be wary and careful shopping online, do more checks on these online businesses and stop being ripped off by unscrupulous merchants who only care about big fat profits, who buy cheap and sell high, im not going to let it go, they haven't replied to me once I told them that I did not want a credit note and simply want to return it and get my money back, I will be contacting my bank with proof of my emails "and their failure to reply to me" to try and get my hard earned money back, so if like me your sick of rip off merchants taking our money for goods that retail elsewhere for a fraction of the price then please don't
shop with this company as they are just drop shippers and hold no stock in this country, so therefore there's nowhere to send it back to and no refunds are given. they told me to give it away? Well I'm not going to just go away as they hope I will, I'm going to chase them for my money back as I'm sick of people who do bad business on line.

Do not buy

Do not buy! They had trust pilot delete my original review. Scam! I have emails documenting slow responses and false promises of shipping my item. I waited almost 2 months for my dog bed and it never came. Eventually, I did receive a refund but I would not recommend this company. Slow service and response.

Easy on and off

Avoid - no customer service when goods don't arrive

A order was taken and payment made (which is on my bank statement) but no bed arrived. There is no phone number and they don't respond to emails. Hong Kong based company so obviously don't have any customer service in the UK. Dog bed product good but avoid as there is no comeback when goods don't turn up.

Awful company to deal with. Ordered a collar with a 100 day money back guarantee (as copied below from their website). I’ve been trying to sort a refund after a few days as we’re not happy with the product. I’m continually fobbed off, being told to donate the product and get a vat receipt as proof and they’ll then refund it. I just want to return it and get my money back. They are only interested in offering a credit note. Don’t order from them, save your time and use a reputable company that will honour online selling regulations and issue refunds.

Waste of money

Ordered a barking collar for my dog. The collar arrived in a dishevelled box, it was a cheap product and did not work properly. when requesting a refund they made the process extremely hard and they did not follow their own policy procedure for returns. Do not buy from this company!!!!
