A Transformative Workshop Experience for Managers
At first, I would like to thank Mr. Purav, KK and Vimal to facilitate us a fantastic learning experience even at my state of professional journey !
The workshop was well-structured for moving ahead with important skill of management. From leadership skills to conflict resolution, each session was thoughtfully designed and thought provoking.
The use of case studies, group discussions, and role-playing exercises was particularly beneficial. I have noted down a few in my diary. Even i have passed some to the learning to next generations. (Passing your knowledge to others results in growth for all. Keeping your knowledge within yourself becomes a history then.)
This exchange of ideas and experiences with peers was invaluable and has already led to some promising professional connections.
The Mr. Purav kept us engaging. He brought real-world experience to the table, which made the sessions more relatable and practical. His ability to foster an interactive and inclusive environment was commendable. But I would suggest if he can convert some of his personal experiences in a third person. (Like replacing I WAS ..... with ONE OF MY FRIEND / COLLEAGUE...... or I KNOW AN INSTANCE WHERE......
Overall, I feel more relaxed to lead my team effectively and handle complex situations with greater ease than ever.
I wish further interaction with Mr. Purav Bhatt to enhance our skills to next level.

The Guiding light
I am preparing for an internal Interview and I was not sure about how to approach the negotiations in this. I have not spoken to Purav in several months and I approached him, because he is someone I know who has been there and done that.
He was quick to support and we had a fruitful 20 mins. Conversation which gave me lot of clarity on how to approach this interview and negotiation. I am Thankful to Purav for the timely support.
