I can’t comment on the onboarding to pure-ip.com as when we took over a company they were already using them for SIP trunk services.
What I can comment on is pure-ip.com’s poor support. Not only did they breach GDPR by sharing our technical SIP infrastructure their support personnel “Jerry” refused to move my concerns onto his line manager.
AVOID
Not a fan, poor support and customer service whilst getting the system setup, system worked fine but bad taste left in the mouth.
