Great experience

Put my order late in the evening and I messed up the payment option at the checkout, next morning it was sorted out. Great customer service.

Very helpful staff and very fast delivery

I placed an order with Pure-Sims and accidently chose the wrong version of item that wouldn't have been compatible with my setup. I gave them a phone and they were very helpful and sorted everything out for me, received the correct item the very next day. Will 100% use again. Thank you!

Paid extra for Saturday delivery

Paid extra for Saturday delivery, order did not arrive until the following Tuesday due to UPS error. Didn't get any help from Puresims to chase UPS aside from an initial apologly.

Order Finally Delivered By UPS

The item has now finally arrived intact and I will be connecting and testing later.

The item I ordered was delivered by 5 days late by UPS. To their credit, Pure Sims offered to refund the postage, which is a good sign. They have been very supportive in this matter.

The product has now been installed and is functioning perfectly. Any dissatisfaction I experienced was at the hands of UPS whereas Puresims have been nothing but professional and supportive. I have no reservations in recommending them or using their services in the future.

Great company to buy sim racing gear from

I highly recommend this company for any sim racing equipment, very helpful and responsive. My initial interaction was via WhatsApp and then follow ups by email - always quick to respond and very helpful. No issues whatsoever. You won't regret buying from them. They sell high end quality gear but the prices are competitive.
