Considering I threw every issue at Christian from Puresims (no original box or printer), he went out of his way to give me the best customer experience. The replies were extremely fast and helpful. I will definitely be using Puresims in the future for all future sim purchases.

Website makes it easy to find what you want, it even lets you know if the item is in stock or not. Order was dispatched quickly and arrived on time. I have bought a lot of stuff from Puresims now, and they have never disappointed.

Called to ask information about my first SIM setup was given very friendly service and the service during and thro to delivery was fantastic,next day delivery as promised and every message answered and dealt with very prompt, will be ordering on a regular basis from puresims as I build up over the years.

Ashley and his team provide an excellent service, I've been lucky enough to be on a course this week very close to the shop, I bought a seat as I was able to test it first and was told of potential issues if I used VR, and then I was able to try out the QS BT 1 belt tensioner which was amazing, I now have a lot less money in the bank but couldn't be happier with my new toys....cannot recommend enough 👍😁

Ordered a number of items from them, contacted them a couple of times and they could not be any more helpful, providing recommendations and pointers and just general useful advice. Clearly a company that cares about their customers and will be using them again, only wish I lived closer so I could visit the showroom!

Honestly on of the best experiences I've ever had not only in Sim market but as a costumer in general, super fast delivery, super fast email response. Very helpful and friendly staff really makes a difference. From now on my main place to fulfil my sim needs.

I would of given this 5 stars. But the lack of helpful information in the instructions was non existent 😞. Struggled so much to put it together
